Yoga, I’m back. Realising even the people you hold dear to your heart have different tempos, I’m back to practicing solidarity. I respect the differences, and hence I can only dig inside to find the balance. You too, I hope, because searching within also means we are drawing boundaries of our limits. Yoga, to me, is never just about the poses. I’m glad I had great teachers. Chest out gurl, open your heart. Namaste.
