2) เราได้เห็น ความเด็ดขาดของผู้ว่า โดยเฉพาะที่บอกว่า คนที่อยากมาช่วย ใครอยากมาก็มาได้ แต่ต้องมาถกหลักการกันก่อน ว่าสิ่งที่นำเสนอมันทำได้หรือไม่ หรือว่าเป็นไอเดียที่จะถ่วงทีมให้ช้าลง ไม่ใช่ว่าคนที่อยากช่วยจะมีประโยชน์ทั้งหมด ซึ่งผู้มีอำนาจเด็ดขาด ต้องเลือกใช้คนให้ถูก ไม่ใช่รับความช่วยเหลือไปเสียทุกอย่าง

7) เราได้ความรู้เรื่องการเอาชีวิตรอดมากขึ้น ได้รู้จัก "กฎ 333" ว่าในภาวะใดบ้างที่คุณจะมีชีวิตรอดได้ คือ ขาดอากาศหายใจได้ 3 นาที , ขาดน้ำดื่มได้ 3 วัน , ขาดอาหารได้ 3 สัปดาห์ ถ้ามากกว่านี้ก็จะตาย (แต่แน่นอนนี่เป็นแค่กฎคร่าวๆไม่ได้ใช้ได้กับทุกคน) ได้ความรู้ว่า แม้จะไม่มีอาหาร แต่ร่างกายมนุษย์ สามารถดึงพลังงานสำรองที่สะสมในรูปไขมันมาใช้ได้

8) เราได้เห็นความเสียสละของคนในพื้นที่ ยอมให้สูบน้ำเข้าเทือกสวนไร่นา ทั้งๆที่พวกเขาเริ่มทำกสิกรรมกันแล้ว ไม่มีใครอยากทำให้ตัวเองวุ่นวาย และเสียผลประโยชน์ แต่สุดท้าย เมื่อมันเป็นเรื่องความเป็นความตาย ทุกคนเข้าใจดี ซึ่งนี่คือการเสียสละอย่างแท้จริง

12) เราได้รู้ว่า ในสังคมนี้ มีคนอยากเอาหน้ามากมาย บางคน รู้ว่าตัวเองไม่มีทักษะอะไรที่จะช่วยได้ (คือจะบอกว่า มาเป็นกำลังใจ อยู่ตรงไหนก็ส่งใจไปได้จริงไหม) แต่ก็อยากเอาตัวไปให้สื่อได้เห็นว่ามาลงพื้นที่แล้ว ในทางตรงกันข้าม มีคนจำนวนมากยอมทำงานหนักเป็นมดงาน เพื่อให้ภารกิจได้เดินหน้าต่อ แต่คนเหล่านี้ ไม่ได้ต้องการป่าวประกาศใดๆ เขาต้องการผลสำเร็จ ไม่ใช่ชื่อเสียงของตัวเอง

14) เราได้เห็นว่า ในยามที่ทุกคนกำลังสับสน ย่อมมีคนหาโอกาสฉวยผลประโยชน์เสมอ คนที่อ้างให้โอนเงินเข้าบัญชีตัวเอง อ้างขอเงินไปช่วย 13 ชีวิตติดถ้ำ แบบนี้มีเยอะ คนเสพข่าวสารต้องระวังให้ดี อย่าใจดี จนขาดสติ ต้องเช็กให้รอบคอบ เพราะคนชั่วโลกนี้มันมีเยอะ คนแบบนี้ต้องไม่ตายดีแน่

15) เราได้เห็นว่า ทุกความสามารถมีประโยชน์ ช่างไฟฟ้า นักขุดเจาะน้ำบาดาล ช่างต่อท่อ แพทย์ นักปีนเขา ทหาร นักข่าว พ่อครัว ช่างภาพ ล่าม นักวิทยาศาสตร์ ทีมกู้ภัย นักดำน้ำ นักดนตรี นักธรณีวิทยา ฯลฯ ในยามจำเป็น ทุกคนสามารถใช้ทักษะของตัวเอง เพื่อเป้าหมายสูงสุดร่วมกัน มันแสดงให้เห็นว่า ไม่มีอาชีพไหน เหนือกว่าอาชีพไหน ทุกคนสามารถสร้างสรรค์สังคมได้ในทางของตัวเอง

19) เราได้รู้ว่าข่าวสารสมัยนี้ไปเร็วมาก เรื่องเกิดแค่ 1 วัน ทั้งโลกรู้แล้วว่ามีเหตุคนติดถ้ำที่ไทย ซึ่งทำให้คนทั้งโลกจับตาดูอยู่ ทุกๆการกระทำ ทุกๆการตัดสินใจ จะเป็นบทพิสูจน์ให้โลกเห็นเลยว่า ประเทศไทย มีฝีมือแค่ไหน ในการรับมือกับปัญหา

20) หลายคนไปด่าเด็ก ว่าเด็กพวกนี้ไม่ควรได้รับการสรรเสริญอะไรทั้งนั้น เป็นเด็กซน แล้วทำให้คนอื่นเดือดร้อน คือทำไมใจร้อนรีบด่าจัง ยังไม่รู้ที่มาที่ไปอะไรเลยไม่ใช่หรอ ยังไม่รู้ว่าทำไมเขาต้องเอาตัวเองตกอยู่ในสถานการณ์นั้น น้ำขึ้นอย่างไร ต้องเอาตัวรอดแบบไหน ไม่มีใครรู้เหตุการณ์จริงๆเลย ได้แต่คาดเดาไปเรื่อย แล้วการที่ไปต่อว่าเด็กๆแบบนั้น มันยุติธรรมหรือ

22) สิ่งที่แต่ละองค์กรพยายามมอบให้เด็ก อย่างสโมสรเอสซีจี เมืองทองฯ อยากให้ทีมหมูป่า มาดูบอลที่สโมสร และได้โอกาสฝึกกับทีมเยาวชน หรือ สโมสรเชียงราย เตรียมให้ตั๋วดูบอลฟรีตลอดชีวิต มันไม่ใช่การมอบรางวัลให้คนทำผิด แต่มันเป็นการส่งกำลังใจให้ครอบครัวของเด็กต่างหาก ให้คุณพ่อคุณแม่ทุกคนมีแรงใจสู้ต่อว่า เจ้าจงรอดกลับมาเถอะนะ มีสิ่งดีๆรออยู่มากมาย อย่าเพิ่งมาจบชีวิตตอนนี้เลย

23) ใครอยากเอาชีวิตตัวเองไปเสี่ยงตาย คุณเอาตั๋วดูบอล มาแลกกับชีวิตทั้งชีวิต เป็นคุณ คุณเอาหรอ มีคนบอกว่า จากนี้ถ้าเด็กคนไหนอยากได้อะไร ก็คงวิ่งไปติดถ้ำ เพื่อให้คนช่วยออกมา แล้วจะได้มีผู้ใหญ่มาให้ของรางวัลมากมาย คือ ก็อยากเห็นเหมือนกัน ว่าใครจะเอาชีวิตตัวเองไปเสี่ยงกับของตอบแทนแบบนี้

พูดถึง "ความอาวุโส" นี้ผมไม่คิดว่าเกี่ยวกับ "อายุ" หากเกี่ยวกับความรู้สึก "อยู่มานาน" ซึ่งแต่ละคนมีไม่เท่ากัน ตามทฤษฎีด้านเวลา-หากชีวิตใครผ่านเหตุการณ์หรือประสบการณ์มามากจะรู้สึกว่าตัวเอง "ผ่านเวลา" มานานกว่าคนที่มีเหตุการณ์ในชีวิตน้อยกว่า

ชีวิตที่ "eventful" จึง "อาวุโส"

คำว่า "ที่เล็กๆ ของเรา" ก็สำคัญ ในโลกทุกวันนี้เราต้องหา "ที่แห่งนั้น" ให้เจอ ซึ่งจะว่าไปอาจไม่ควรใช้คำว่า "หา" แต่ควรใช้คำว่า "สร้าง" ที่แห่งนั้นขึ้นมาเสียมากกว่า

ความสัมพันธ์-เมื่อคัดสรรงานและกิจกรรมให้เหลือแต่สิ่งสำคัญ เวลาที่มากขึ้นจึงมอบให้คนใกล้ชิดและมิตรสหายได้มากขึ้น ซึ่งความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีย่อมทำให้ชีวิตมีพลังไปดูแลร่างกายและสร้างสรรค์ผลงานต่อไป

ช่วงสองปีที่ผ่านมา ผมได้เรียนรู้ว่า ชีวิตที่ดีนั้นไม่ต้องเปรียบเทียบกับใคร กระทั่งเปรียบเทียบกับตัวเองในอดีต งานที่ดีคืองานที่เราพร้อมทุ่มเท จดจ่อ และอยากพัฒนาให้มันดีที่สุด จะทำแบบนั้นได้ต้องปล่อยมือจากงานที่ "อยากทำ" แต่ไม่ "อยากที่สุด" เสียบ้าง การทำเช่นนี้อย่างต่อเนื่องจะทำให้เรารู้สึกอยากตื่นขึ้นมาเพื่อ "ขัดเกลา" สิ่งนั้นให้ดีขึ้นเรื่อยๆ

ใช่แหละ, เราอาจยังทำได้ไม่ดีที่สุดในตอนต้น เหมือนการวิ่งที่ยังไม่ดีนัก แต่ถ้าทำไปเรื่อยๆ เราจะค่อยๆ เห็นผลในการงานที่ทำ ขอเพียงแค่อย่ารีบปล่อยมือจากมัน

My life is now cut down to three important things. One is the body. Two is work. Three is relationship.

My body - I commissioned myself that I would run a marathon periodically. I have to practice continuously. I want to run better and try to "Craft" running slowly getting more beautiful in terms of statistics.

Work - after changing the way to cut off a little work out to write a thick book, I found myself powerful, fluidity and focused on this kind of work. More importantly, I feel happy with the work and prefer the work done more than working. Small pieces with large quantities but quality may not be intense.

Relationships - when selecting jobs and activities are important, more time gives more people closer and friends. Good relationships make life powerful to take care of your body and create the work.

In the past two years, I have learned that a good life doesn't have to compare to anyone. Even compare to myself in the past. Good work is a job that we are ready to focus on and want to develop the best. We can do that. We have to let go of the work that I want to do " but I don't want to do the most doing this continuously will make us feel like waking up to " purify " that thing better.

Yes, we may not do our best at the beginning. It's like a bad run. But if we keep doing it, we will gradually see the result in the work that we do. Just don't rush to let go of it.

Please don't misunderstand this video as a message to be ashamed of your face shape. I'm very happy with the face shape I was born with. My face is considered quite round and I've seen it as a blessing because round face girls tend to look younger and more innocent.

However, your face can become excessively bloated/puffy due to factors such as lifestyle and diet. You'd be surprised to find out that your 'naturally puffy cheeks' could be self caused after all.

What I share in this video is going to define your natural face shape. It's not going to transform your face to an extreme degree (for example, if you have a stronger jaw line -this isn't gonna remove it) but it will sharpen your face to give you it's NATURAL DEFINITION. No matter what face shape you have, you CAN make your face line more defined.

The video is split into 3 parts:
1. Everyday tips to PREVENT/MINIMIZE a puffy and bloated face. I'll also share a facial slimming massage technique which has worked wonders for me. I massage my face at least 2-3 times a week now.

Yes it is. Beauty is Pain right? lol but in all seriousness, I really have to say I enjoy taking after myself. Plus, making these lifestyle changes will benefit my health overall (drinking more water, reducing my sodium intake etc) Will I be able to keep this lifestyle on going constantly? Probably not because there's definitely gonna be days where I'll be lazy and eat junk food. Ah well, it happens. At least you know this piece of information now and whenever you need your face to look more defined (photoshoot coming up, special occasion or for vanity reasons lol, you'll know what you can do to define your face. After my lifestyle chances, even now my face still has it's natural roundness. I've just drained the excess water retention and bloating.

Kasutera (Castella) is a very popular Japanese sponge cake made from a few ingredients.

It is a very typical Oyatsu (snack) in Japan :)

I am going to bake it in a rice cooker, but of course you can bake it in an oven!
I don't recommend baking any kind of cake in a really good rice cooker (it can damage your pot), so please try if you don't mind it!!!

FYI from Wikipedia:

Now a specialty of Nagasaki, Kasutera was brought by way of Portuguese merchants in the 16th century. The name is derived from Portuguese Pão de Castela, meaning "bread from Castile". Castella cake is usually sold in long boxes, with the cake inside being approximately 27 cm long. It is somewhat similar to Madeira cake, also associated with Portugal, but its closest relative is pão-de-ló, also a Portuguese cake.

There are similar types of sponge cakes named after the same fashion, in French: Pain d'Espagne, in Italian: Pan di Spagna, in Portuguese: Pão de Espanha, in Romanian: Pandişpan, in Bulgarian: пандишпан, in Greek: Pantespani, in Turkish: Pandispanya (Castile is a former kingdom of Spain comprising its central provinces, thus Pain d'Espagne and other variants are quasi-synonymous to "bread from Castile").

Kasutera

Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 2hrs (incl. cooking time)
Number of servings: N/A

Ingredients:
3 eggs
90g (3.2oz.) sugar
45g (1.6oz.) cake flour*
45g (1.6oz.) bread flour (strong flour)*
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. honey
butter
*you can use 90g (3.2oz.) all purpose flour instead

Directions:
1. Warm the milk in a saucepan. Add honey and mix well.
2. Place the eggs and sugar in a large bowl. Beat them with an electric mixer until white and fluffy.
3. Add 1 in 2. Place the bowl over a pan of hot water. Mix until the batter continuously drips back into the bowl like a ribbon when you scoop it up.
4. Sift in flour and gently cut through the mixture with a spatula until combined.
5. Butter the pot of the rice cooker and pour in the mixture. Drop the pot lightly on the counter to raise the air bubbles out of the batter. Place the pot in the rice cooker, close the rice cooker, then press the button to start. *When it is half-baked, press the button to start (cook) once again.
6. When it's done, let cool on a wire rack until warm. Then place it in a plastic bag (to keep it moist) to cool completely. It tastes even better the next day after the flavors have settled!

How to bake in the oven:
Bake in an oven at 170C (338F) for 10 minutes. Then turn down to 140C (284F) and bake for 40-45 minutes.
