Luohanguo and Night Blooming Cereus Vegan Soup
Ingredients:
Luohanguo 1 pc
Night blooming cereus 100g
Carrot 1 pc
Corn 1 pc
Rice 1 tablespoon
Apricot kernel 20g
Steps:
1.Soak apricot kernel and night blooming cereus, peel carrot and cut into chunk, cut corn into chunk, cut Luohanguo into two pieces.
2.Heat the pan, pan fry rice to golden brown.
3.Put all ingredients into boiling water, cover the lid and cook 2 hours with low heat.
