-New Mastermind: Alex Wesker
Alex Wesker's responsibilities include acquiring subjects, carrying out experiments, and reporting findings to sponsor Mr. Ozwell E. Spencer. Her acute foresight contributes to the frequent and effective usage of trap-type devices to stimulate virus mutation. User and developer of "Yateveo," a plant-based bioweapon reminiscent of Ivy and Plant 42.

-New Mastermind: Ozwell E. Spencer
One of the founders of Umbrella and its current chairman, Ozwell E. Spencer refuses to face his own mortality. Deeply intrigued by Alex's reports of a virus mutation that granted superhuman abilities without altering the subject's physiology, he has decided to take part in the experiments himself. He uses inscrutable Umbrella technology to turn the battle in his favour.

-New Stage: Casino
An entertainment facility for thrill seekers. Now devoid of life, its still-operating slot machines and chips strewn across the floor tells the eerie tale of how it was hastily deserted.

-New Stage: Abandoned Park
A horror-themed attraction located on the outskirts of Raccoon City. Abandoned after the virus outbreak, monsters both real and imagined now patiently await visitors.

Tôi bấm nút thang máy từ phòng hotel đi xuống nơi diễn. Rạp hát cũng nằm trong Harrah's Casino, rất tiện chỉ đi bộ vài bước đã tới, khỏi cần ai đưa rước. Trong khi chờ đợi, tôi ngắm mình lần cuối trong gương. Đến New Orleans từ chiều hôm qua. Được ngủ nguyên đêm và thư giãn cả buổi nên sáng nay da mặt hồng hào tươi mát. Và vì có thì giờ nên khuôn mặt bình thường trang điểm chỉ 45 phút, hôm nay được tôi tỉ mỉ tô vẽ gần hai tiếng đồng hồ. Cộng thêm một tiếng "uốn ép sấy nhuộm" mái tóc. Thế là "vẻ đẹp tự nhiên" của tôi được hoàn chỉnh sau ba tiếng. Mặc chiếc áo dạ hội bó sát thân hình, thêm đôi giày cao gót, xịt một chút nước hoa...tôi mỉm cười nhìn mình trong gương "Cũng tạm được lắm..."

Cửa thang máy mở ra. Có ba người đứng sẵn. Một người đàn bà trung niên và một cặp vợ chồng lớn tuổi, tuy tóc đã bạc nhưng nhìn còn rất khỏe mạnh, tôi đoán chừng sáu mươi. Tôi vừa bước vào, người đàn bà trung niên đã trầm trồ khen ngay, (vì chỉ có đàn bà mới ngắm đàn bà kỹ thôi) "Wow...chiếc áo đẹp thật! Trông cô xinh quá!" Tôi cười ngượng ngùng gật đầu cảm ơn bà rồi đứng nép mình sang một góc xoay lưng về phía ba người... vì thú thật mặt phấn son nhiều quá đứng trên sân khấu nhìn xa còn được chứ nhìn gần đôi khi bị tưởng lầm là...đổi hệ! ;)

Tuy đã xoay lưng nhưng vì chung quanh thang máy để gương nên dù nhìn đằng trước tôi vẫn bắt gặp người đàn bà tóc bạc đang liếc nhìn vóc dáng tôi từ phía sau. Nhìn một lúc bỗng dưng bà đưa tay lên che bớt phần bụng mình, gượng cười nói với ông chồng bên cạnh "Trời ơi...từ ngày đến đây ăn nhiều quá! Chắc em cũng lên tới 10 pound rồi đó!" Ông chồng không nói gì chỉ mỉm cười trìu mến khoác tay kéo bờ vai vợ sát lại gần mình và khẽ hôn lên má bà ta. Tất nhiên bà không còn trẻ nhưng trong giây phút đó, qua tình thương và sự nâng niu của chồng, bà đã biến thành cô gái 18 tuổi trong mắt ông. Tôi nhìn trộm nụ hôn đó mà xúc động đến nghẹn ngào...thương quá...nước mắt sắp tuôn rơi. May quá thang máy vừa mở cửa, tôi vội bước ra vì sợ khóc...rớt lông mi giả...
