Germany just got 14714 cases today, and almost every country in Europe is reaching the highest record. Just a thought... people started thinking of different style of living after Black Death in mid-14th century. Renaissance totally changes people’s lives... Now maybe we might also change the way we live, or have a different aspect of music presenting or music making. What can we do during this situation? Well at least I believe music can heal people’s heart. ☺️ Sending love and stay healthy!
德國今天14714確診，幾乎所有歐洲國家都創新高了。我往往在想，以前14世紀中旬歐洲黑死病結束後文藝復興的興起，人們開始重新思考生活的方式。現在這個疫情或許會讓生活方式會不一樣，或許人們對音樂有不同的方式去呈現及感受。那我們可以為這個時候做什麼？ 至少我相信音樂往往是可以撫慰人心的☺️

Wow! What an amazing 2017 New Year's gift for me! My interview in English with TAIWAN OUTLOOK is now on YouTube!
Thank you so much again Taiwan Outlook and host Dr. Wu Ray-kuo for having me on the show. It was so much fun and a true pleasure to share with you my jazz-music-life stories.
Just watched the whole show now and am so happy it went well. (I was worried that I wasn't expressing my ideas/ thoughts smoothly enough..) :p
There are also excerpts of my music videos from 2011, 2013 and 2016 in the interview, I had some nostalgic feelings while watching it, just thinking of those great moments of music making in the past...
But it didn't last long. Now I am so ready to move forward and so looking forward to the New Year ahead! :)

曾獲得金音創作獎第二屆最佳爵士專輯與最佳爵士單曲獎、第四屆最佳樂手獎、最佳爵士單曲獎的旅美鋼琴家許郁瑛 yuying hsu，同時也是第二十七屆金曲獎最佳編曲人獎入圍者。她在【Taiwan Outlook】節目中，分享創作音樂的心路歷程。許郁瑛表示，爵士樂的真諦是讓人自由自在的抒發情感，除了創造力和即興演出之外，多元文化和跨領域的涵養也是使爵士樂更豐富而充實的重要底蘊。許郁瑛在音樂中結合台灣元素，現任東華大學音樂系講師的她，也談到了對台灣音樂教育環境的看法。

訪談裡也放入了 2011 年、2013 年和 2016 年的 MV or 演出片段, 短短的 46 分 43 秒 = 對過去 6 年多做一個小結語。真好！現在可以踏著穩健的步伐繼續往前踩了！
