凱蒂食記：Cafe de Riz：萬歲！台北終於有時尚又美味的丼飯店了！menu選擇非常簡單。共有兩大類，喜歡生食的話，可從生魚片丼飯選一個。我當然吃生的！而且每次只要標限量，我就忍不住一定要點！很幸運cafe de riz還在試營運，所以每天限定十份的特上還是被我吃到了！😁 想吃熱食的友人點了鮭魚茶泡飯。先介紹我的特上丼，實在是太美了！彷彿把春天收進了檜木桶裡。檜木桶散發著微微的香氣，醋飯上鋪滿了時令海鮮，包括馬糞海膽，牡丹蝦，穴子，花枝，章魚，鮪魚，鮪魚泥，鮭魚肚，鮭魚子，比目魚，青甘，玉子燒，等等。同行的友人，一位點了一上來就讓大家驚嘆不止的超豪邁鮭魚親子撲，另一位的茶泡飯也大獲好評！煎的香香的鮭魚上還疊了鮭魚子！附送的小菜也超入味！最愛那一小杯水雲醋了！還有另一位喜歡鮪魚的朋友則點了醃製過的鮪魚丼，上面也疊上了鮪魚泥。飯後甜點是超有創意的丸子燒，像章魚燒的外型，裡面其實包了甜甜的玫瑰內餡！配上QQ的外皮，真是特別的障眼法！Katherine's food diary: hooray! There's finally a hip and delicious dongburi place in taipei! The menu is easy and simple, basically seafood bowl or Japanese congee. I love raw fish so of course my choice would fall under the seafood section, plus I'm a sucker for anything limited only, therefore without hesitation I went with the fabulous seafood don. I was lucky cafe de riz haven't officially open, therefore the 10 servings limited fabulous seafood don was still available when we visited. It was like spring in a bowl! The bowl filled with seasonal seafood such as sea urchin, taco, tuna, salmon roe, salmon belly, etc. My other friends went with the salmon belly and roe don, tuna don, and the other friend had the Japanese congee. The congee was super cute! Served in multiple dishes as a set, nicely panfried salmon piled with salmon roe, with nicely stewed radish, and my favorite was the seaweed vinegar. Girls have to have a sweet dish o end our meal, cafe de riz' dessert was never seen elsewhere! The idea came from takoyaki, only that is actually pancake with rose filling! What a clever disguise for pancakes!
