〔記者卓佳萍／台北報導〕從6年前起，30歲的賴建誠開始陪伴在戴資穎身邊，由陪練員一路熬到國家隊教練，也是她羽球生涯影響最深的教練。
賴建誠過去是基隆高中校隊，與雙打名將陳宏麟同屆，但大三結束選手生涯，轉換跑道念研究所，畢業後到高雄中學服體育替代役，當時他第一次遇到戴資穎。
「一開始也不知道她是誰，當時我已3年沒有打球，跟小戴對打時被她電爆，她真的很有力。」賴建誠回憶擔任小戴陪練員的情景。
去年2月賴建誠從訓練員升格為國家隊教練，戴資穎的練習菜單、戰術都由他一手規劃，他會分析小戴比賽數據，「我仔細去算她的得分結構，致勝分不少，但還是可能輸球，因非受迫性失誤比對手高很多。」
戴資穎今年面對中國三大高手王適嫻、王儀涵與李雪芮，戰績是6勝4負，賴建誠認為，小戴失誤明顯減少，「她平均一場可能超過10次失誤，我希望她能降到跟對手差不多次就好。」
至於里約奧運，賴建誠認為，場地、時差大家都是一樣的，臨場表現將決定一切。^^page admin

6 years ago, Chien-Cheng Lai, aged 30, started accompanying Tzu-Ying Tai, initially as a training partner and now Taiwan’s national coach. He is one of the persons who involve most in Tai’s career.
Lai was a player in Keelung high school badminton team together with Hung-Lin Chen who is now one of the best men’s double players in Taiwan. He finished his career as a player in his third year in the University and after that shifted his gear to graduate school. He spent his military service in Kaohsiung high school, where he fist met Tai.
“I had no idea who she was in the beginning. I had not played badminton for three years, and I was defeated completely by her. She is really powerful.”, said Lai when he recalled the time as Tau’s training partner.
Lai was promoted to a national coach last February. He plans all Tai’s training list and tactics. He analyzes Tai’s records in the games. “I investigate her scoring patterns. She plays a lot of winning shots but she may still lose the game, because of her much more unforced errors than her opponents.”
Tai encountered three best women’s single players, Shixien Wang, Yihan Wang and Xuerei Lee this year with the record of 6 wins and 4 loses. Lai thinks, Tai has much fewer errors. “She has averagely 10 errors, but I hope she can just reduce the errors to a similar number as her opponents.”
Regarding the Olympic games in Rio, Lai thinks, every player shares the same court and jet lag. Performance on the court there decides everything.
