朋友同我慶祝生日，請我食正宗墨西哥菜！好開心，因為我上一次食就係我同發哥2008年去墨西哥拍「龍珠」電影嘅時候食（發哥演、我導英文）。

Friends in L.A. took me out to eat authentic Mexican food to celebrate my birthday. Really great, because the last time I had Mexican food was when I went with Chow Yun Fat to film the “Dragon Ball” movie in Durango Mexico. Great food, great memories.
It’s a beef burrito 😁
一年多前同事從彰化野地帶上山來試種的薊罌粟，為一年生草本，所以只要秋冬收集好種子，春天播下夏天就可以看到這明亮的黃色花朵。莖直立，高50-90cm，上部常分枝，莖葉多刺如薊，結似罌粟之果實，故名。全株折傷時即流出白色乳汁而漸成黃色。

‧學名： Argemone mexicana L.
‧科別： 罌粟科(Papaveraceae)薊罌粟屬(Argemone)
‧別名： 老鼠竻(ㄌㄜˋ)，薊罌粟（海南植物誌），刺罌粟（中國種子植物科屬辭典），老鼠怕『采藥錄』，黃花雞角刺，假阿片花刺、刺阿片刺
‧原產地： 原產中美洲和熱帶美洲，在大西洋、印度洋、南太平洋沿岸經常逸生（?），在次大陸深入到西喜馬拉雅山區及尼泊爾。臺灣、福建、廣東沿海及雲南有野生，很多省區有栽培。
‧分布： 台灣在 1911 年由日本引進作為園藝觀賞植物，兩年後的 1913 年即有逸脫野生的首次紀錄，正式被發表歸化於台灣則是在 1932 年的台北帝國大學理農學部附屬植物園的年報中。她在台灣主要生長於南部恆春、台東和澎湖沿岸的沙土中，花期為春季左右。
‧用途： 1.插花用花材：造型特殊，可作插花用花材。2.性味：全株：苦、涼，大毒。效用：全株：消腫利膽、袪痰、止瀉、止痛。外用：全草：治白濁、黃疸水腫；根：治慢性皮膚病；種子：發汗利水，清熱解毒，消炎，止痛止癢，袪痰。治感冒，黃疸，水腫，疥癩，牙痛。有毒部位：種子。中毒症狀：口服種子油引起嘔吐、腹瀉、下肢水腫、全身皮膚有強烈疼痛感。
