1. Gamescom award 2017 頒發「Best of Gamescom award」予《Super Mario Odyssey》。
2. 田畑端接受 PCGamesN 訪問時被問到如何應對 PC 版《FFXV》可能發生的裸體 MOD 問題時，他說：「我們並不想剝奪玩家享受各種玩法的樂趣，是否會將角色脫光，就依玩家的道德來決定了。」
3. 《PUBG》同上人數突破 81 萬，距離《DOTA 2》只差 3 萬人。
4. 資策會教研所在世大運選手村設置 VR 文化體驗館，提供三款自行開發、融合台灣文化的 VR 遊戲。
5. 《Space Engineers》於 183.1 正式支援簡體中文。
