八爪魚粒 40g Diced Octopus
椰菜 40g Cabbage
麵粉 100g Cake Flour
芝士片 1 Sliced Cheese
水牛芝士 適量 Mozzarella
雞蛋 1隻 Egg
鹽 ¼ tsp Salt
水 220g Water
紫菜碎 適量 Seaweed
木魚碎 適量 Katsuo bushi
燒章魚丸醬 適量 Takoyaki Sauce
沙律醬 適量 Mayonnaise
八爪魚烚水後取起備用，椰菜切粒備用
雞蛋加入鹽，麵粉，水後攪拌至完全混合
粉漿過篩一次，隔走未溶化粉粒
燒熱模具，掃上油，加入粉漿至9成滿
放入八爪魚粒，適量椰菜粒，芝士片及芝士碎
粉漿凝固後，將丸子轉起90度，再倒入粉漿煎到成形，表面金黃
表面唧上燒章魚丸醬，沙律醬，撒上適量紫菜碎，木魚碎，即成
