As a kid I used to go with Mai mom and dad's work place to hang out. Although I realize now we couldn't afford babysitters, it turned out to be Mai greatest lesson of success because I watched the way my parents treated the people around them. My mom worked in an assembly line at first, and my dad an engineer. My dad would ask Bob the quiet guy in his cubicle "how you do today Bop?" and offer him a cafe sua da, Vietnamese ice coffee ( that's hella good btw). Treat others how you want to be treated. Have an attitude of gratitude. Today Papa Mai is one of the longest working engineers in his job referred from his old boss, and Mama Mai ended up getting promoted to be the admin assistant to the CEO and today has connections in EVERY CITY WE GO from the peeps she has met. I learned don't wait to have a business to be the representation of your future. The Chief Executive Officer of YOU. The C.Me.O. 😀 (no. I wasn't drinking when I thought of that.) Love u.

Today, i made a special recipe, fried Yamazaki "Lunch Pack" Sandwiches ( a type of Sandwich with over 60 different fillings to choose from, made by Yamazaki Baking - Japan's largest bread-baking corporation - in Japan ) that one of the viewers told me about it, in different kinds like Peanuts, Egg, Tuna Mayo, pizza sauce and cheese cream and a lot more and with coffee milk as well, all that is so high in calories . it was so delicious and tasty in really amazing way !!

Today,I ate using a special ingredient " Lu rou fan " ( Slowly Braised stewed tough cut of Pork Belly and cooked slowly at low temperatures ) that i bought from kaldi coffee farm ( pecialized in roasted coffee and foods from all over the world ) to make Taiwanese Braised Pork Over Rice with eggs ( in Tamago Kake Gohan style , Japanese-Style comfort food Rice With Egg ) , with a lot of ingredients like green onion and parsley and a lot more , and i made miso soup ( traditional Japanese soup consisting of a stock called "dashi" intosoftened miso paste ) and Root vegetables, All that exceed 5kg of pure weight. it was so delicious and tasty ！！！
