經過兩個禮拜的通乳奮鬥史... 目前脹奶時已經沒有這麼痛了🙏🏻 ～ 然後今天開始調整成5個小時擠一次奶，奶量也已經增加到一次可以有 200ml 🍼～ 感謝我的泌乳師... 我現在都乖乖聽她的話在調整和規劃「母乳之路」❤️ 現在....只是這一路的開端而已 😂
媽媽明天要溜出去接睫毛🤣 然後就可以多多拍照、發文、直播了😌
