Yummy treat for our dearest mums (and dads)!
Yup, I'm not a seafood fan but I knew our parents would probably love this so the hubby and I decided to let everyone indulge and have a feast over the weekend.
The 9-tier seafood tower Captain K didn't disapppint and we wiped clean every single tier, including the rich, flavourful ginseng chicken soup at the bottom. The kids are not so much into seafood too so we ordered extras like sausages, fishballs, quail eggs, tofu and udon for them. That means the adults got to eat more too since the tower is meant for 8 adults. Woohoo! Oh, and we got a whole Chilean crab for free too since it's the hubby's birthday month.
Yay, now our parents can tell others that they've finally tried this and we are just so thankful to see that they enjoyed and appreciated the dinner, along with the sake, beer and origami flowers written with love messages for them on this special day. ❤ We ended our night with a family arcade session and it was probably more fun for the kids but it's still a sight seeing the grandparents and them throwing balls and catching stuffed toys together. Family is the best!
