having just returned from attending the awards for Asia's 50 Best Restaurants, I doubt I will be able to fly off for another non-work related event so soon. But foodie friends should take a serious look at this event in Manila, from April 7-9.
The list of chefs attending is pretty impressive, ranging from Joan Roca (#1 on The World's 50 Best Restaurants), Jose Andres, Yoshihiro Narisawa (#2 on Asia's 50 Best), Virgilio Martinez (#1 on Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants), David Thompson (#8 on Asia's 50 Best), Enrique Olvera (#9 on Latin America's 50 Best)... etc.
