Morning vs Evening Workout. Which one is better?

🌞 Morning
Pros -
✅ Less crowded
✅ Kick start your day fresh
✅ Get it done first and you dont have to worry about making time to workout throughout the day
Cons -
❌ Need to wake up a little earlier (good thing actually)
❌ May not be your peak performance
❌ Fatigue throughout the day if you pushed too hard (especially dieting down)

🌛Evening
Pros -
✅ Release stress from your uni/work
✅ Easier to find a partner/spotter
✅ Better performance than morning
Cons -
❌ Crowded (hard to do superset, and the rate of getting peeped while showering in the gym is higher)
❌ Easier to make excuses after work (after work happy hour/tired from work)
❌ Harder to sleep after workout (for some, mainly due to the workout adrenaline + their pre-workout caffeine)
Which one is better?
The answer: The best time to workout.... is the time you can commit, the time that fits your schedule.
Because the only bad workout, is the one that didn't happen.

This is a 5 minute Warm Up Routine workout that is perfect to be done before any home based workout. You can do this before an abs workout or a full body high intensity HIIT workout.
Warm ups are really important to get your blood flowing and kick start your body before a workout and it helps avoid injury.
You can do this warm up before any of my workout programs, or stand alone workouts like my abs workouts.

If you are extremely overweight, you want to focus on LOW IMPACT exercises and avoid high impact exercises such as jumping or running because it can be extremely stressful on your joints and may cause injuries.
This is a really effective total body low impact workout to help you burn fat, increase your metabolism, increase lean muscles and lose weight.
Exercises
1) Tip Toe Squat
2) Low Impact Burpees
3) Sumo Squat & Heel Touch
4) Kneel to Squat
5) Standing Crunches + Kick
6) Knee Pushup and Tap
7) Reverse Crunches
8) Plank
Sequence: 8 Minutes, 8 Intervals (40secs Workout - 20secs Rest)
Repeat 2 sets
Rest for 1 minute between sets
Total Time: 20 minutes
Estimated Calories Burned: 200 - 250Cals
Best Results: Do this workout 3 to 4 times weekly on alternate days.
Perform 45 - 60 minutes of low intensity cardio such as speed walking, swimming, cycling or dancing on the other days.
To progress:
- Increase the workout time and reduce the rest time (for instance 50secs workout - 10 secs rest for each exercise)
- Perform 3 - 4 sets and make it a 40-minute workout
- Lift some weights to make it more challenging
*You MUST perform 5 - 10 minutes warm-up before exercising and 5 - 10 minutes stretches after exercising to cool down. This is to avoid injuries, to reduce muscle soreness and speed up your recovery.
