Good morning from Birmingham 🇬🇧 This week has been a pretty busy week for me since we’ve just come back from two weeks of isolation, and next week is our final week before the Christmas holidays begin. So these final two weeks are super jam-packed with loads of activities. Yesterday, I even missed my Christmas dinner in the lunch hall due to my tight schedule!
And today will be extra busy for me because I have to sit two module tests for French and Latin. And not only that, I also have a big biology project to present to the whole class today! To top it off, the highlight of the day is definitely nothing other than my special event…don’t worry, I promise I’ll be sharing more details about my exclusive invitation with all of you very soon!
For now, please kindly keep me in your prayers. Thank you in advance, and I pray that The Almighty rewards all of you abundantly in return for all of your kindness. Bye for now, I’m off to school…

Hosted a health awareness campaign coming up and my schedule for the next few months are almost jam packed! But most importantly I've been able to get quality sleep at night lately

Dr.Mark Houston who is an authority and specialist in Hypertension, Lipids, preventive cardiovascular medicine who founded The Hypertension Institute sleeps at 8pm at night. Definitely a very purposely reason which I think most of us in today's world need to be practising

For me I definitely can't sleep at 8pm but i can definitely make small changes like cutting off from phone and aim to be ready for bed by 10pm. I find that not only does sleeping early detoxifies me physically but it realigns and reset my energy levels to perform optimally. It also reduces my stress (cortisol levels) tremendously. Regardless for health, fitness or just work performance; the benefits are just plenty

I'm on a calorie deficit, training daily in the morning and I'm not losing muscles but in fact gaining. It's a wonder how simple tweaks to lifestyle can make huge impact.
