位於巴拿馬加勒比海岸的 San Blas Islands 聖布拉斯群島就像是個美麗的天堂🏖️ 這裡擁有將近 365 座島嶼，每座各有特色❤️ 我們特地選擇了 Diablo Island 惡魔島，因為附近有沉船可以浮潛😈

其實原本打算參加四天三夜的行程，一路從巴拿馬到達哥倫比亞，成功完成環繞中美洲的壯舉🌎 無奈六月開始是加勒比海的颱風季節，如果行程真的因為天氣延遲會很麻煩，因為我們再一個禮拜就要回去澳洲了😖 因此選了兩天一夜的行程，簡單體驗一下聖布拉斯群島😆 畢竟這裡的生活就是曬太陽，浮潛，看書發呆，說真的不是很喜歡這種無所事事的假期😂

另一個最噁的一點就是這裡濕氣已經夠重了！ 但居然卻有白癡身體濕答答的就躺在床上🛌 所以整晚身體碰到床的地方都有種濕濕的感覺，有夠噁心😰 我相信床墊應該已經發霉了吧😱 然後雖然沒有蚊子但有其他蟲子很會咬，所以我的背除了曬傷以外，還四肢都是紅紅癢癢的😭 嗯，所以兩天一夜在這所謂的「天堂」對我來說剛剛好😂 #巴拿馬 #聖布拉斯群島 #不適合蜜月的島嶼

San Blas archipelago along the Caribbean coast of Panama consist of approx 365 pristine islands🏖️ They belong to the indigenous Guna people & only 49 islands are inhabited, some are big enough to only fit one house on it😆

We originally planned to do a 4D3N boat trip all the way from San Blas to Colombia⛵ However as delays may occur & we heading back to Australia soon, York & I decided to do 2D1N trip only and enjoy more luxury hotels in Panama City😜

Kinda glad with our decision, as even though the islands are beautiful, the accommodations were super basic/uncomfortable with moist bed & bug bites😨 Was quite happy that we staying in Hilton the night after the island trip, back to civilization😍

好喜歡大海！只要把我放在帆船上航行出海，心情就頓時好起來。這是我今年一月在加勒比海的安地卡及巴布達小島開帆船呦。❤❤❤

我喜歡在加勒比海開帆船。除了風浪較平穩較舒服輕鬆之外，熱帶氣候就是可以幾艘船靠在一起在海上趴替起來，超開心的！而且加勒比海還超多海龜！！！安地卡這邊就有許多稜皮龜（革龜）喔！我有看到一隻和我一樣大的呢！🐢🐢🐢

不管是熱帶的海，還是極地的海，我喜歡海浪的波動起伏，我喜歡乘著海風的自由感，我喜歡海的味道，我喜歡海的神秘與力量，我喜歡海底有如內太空的世界。海是活的，海隨時都在改變。現在平靜的海，可能下一分鐘就會生氣的起大浪大風。🌊🌊🌊

我在大海中學到了「接受」這件事。

當大風大浪來時，悲觀的人會不停地靠背風浪，樂觀的人會期待風浪平靜下來，而接受事實的人，則會去調整風帆。

只要調整了帆，即使風的方向很差，花再久的時間也總有一天會到達目的地。（頂多就左左右右慢慢前進，雖然會調整帆到累死）

如果你無法接受現實，而只是悲觀的靠背現狀，或者樂觀地告訴自己這應該過不久會恢復原狀這一切只是想太多，你則會一直在原地打轉，到不了目的地。

接受不是屈服，也不是投降。接受是充滿愛與智慧的。接受是包容，就像大海一樣。

大海教了我這件事情，讓我更能好好的面對人生，也有深深的被愛的感覺。當你好好的愛著海，海就會一直給你人生的寶物。❤❤❤

LOVE Ocean! I am the happiest sailing a boat in the ocean. This is me sailing in Antigua and Barbuda in Caribbean this January. ❤❤❤

I love sailing in the Caribbean. Not only the wind and waves are easier, you can tie together with other sailboats and have a party on the ocean! Also, there are tons of sea turtles in the Caribbean!!! There are lots of leatherbacks in Antigua and I even saw one that was bigger than me!! 🐢🐢🐢

Whether it is tropical ocean or polar ocean, I love the rocking of the waves, the freedom of riding the wind, the smell of the sea, the mysterious power of the ocean, and the inner space-like underworld. Ocean is alive, and it can change any time. It may be calm now but a huge wave can come in the next minute when she gets angry. 🌊🌊🌊

I have learn "acceptance" from the ocean.

When huge wind comes, the pessimist complains about the wind, the optimist expects it to change, but the realist adjusts the sails.
.
As long as you adjust the sails, even if you are directly sailing upwind, you can still get to your destination one day. (just need to zig zag and adjust your sails tirelessly)

If you can't accept the reality, and you only either pessimistically complain about it or optmistically expect it to change soon, you will stay at the same place and never get to your destination.

Acceptance is neither surrender nor giving in. Acceptance is love and wisdom. Acceptance is like an embrace, just llike how ocean is.

Ocean has taught me this to face whatever happens in my life and I feel deeply loved by her. When you truly love ocean, she will give you wonderful treasures always.❤❤❤
