Day 22 (Thursday)
Breakfast: Purple Sweet Potato + Scrambled Eggs + Veggies + Chinese Style Carrots Soup with Mixed Beans & Dates
Lunch: Fish + Tofu with Corn & Pork Sausage (Cheat Food) + Veggies + Rice
Dinner: Veggies + Silver Fish Omelette + Beef Ribs + Rice
Night Snack: Stole 2 bites of Dad’s homemade bread because it smelled tooooo good fresh out from the bread machine😂
Day 23 (Friday)
Breakfast: Banana + Carrot Soup (same as yesterday) + Veggies + Cherry Tomatoes + Udon + Handmade Fishballs (sooo many of you asked about how to make these😂 a lady from the market nearby made them and we bought from her)
Lunch: Cheat Meal! Went to buffet lunch at Google office and had 3 rounds in total😆
1st round: Vegetable soup + Quinoa + Bell Peppers + Tofu + Tomatoes + Kimchi + Cold Cuts + Different Salad Veggies
2nd Round: Avocado Quesadilla + Pumpkin + Salmon + Beef in Gravy + Brown Rice with Chicken + Pork + Chinese Style Soup
3rd Round: Dragon Fruit + Watermelon + Grapes + Pineapple + Brie Cheese + Blueberry Cheesecake + 1/3 of the Walnut Muffin
Afternoon Snack: Happy Hour at the office with alll the yummy junk food everywhere! 😻 had to try a bit of everything 😳
Dinner: Only Green Beans & Yellow Bell Peppers because I ate way too much during the day😇

モンキーブレッドチーズフォンデュ
6人分
材料:
玉ねぎ(薄切り) 1個
無塩バター 大さじ1
ピザ生地 735g
ベーコン(みじん切り、炒める) 110g
溶かしバター(無塩) 大さじ4
ブリーチーズ 225g
万能ねぎ 適量
ブロッコリー(小房に分けて茹でる) 適量
じゃがいも(ひと口大、茹でる) 適量
マッシュルーム(炒める) 適量
作り方:
1.オーブンは200℃に予熱しておく。直径22cmのケーキ型を用意し、中央に直径8cmのココットを置く。
2.フライパンにバターを入れて弱火にかけ、バターが溶けたら玉ねぎを加えて15分ほど炒め、飴色になったら火からおろす。
3.ピザ生地をゴルフボール大に丸めて平らにし、中心に(2)、炒めたベーコンを包んで丸める。残りの生地も同様に丸める。
4.(3)を溶かしバターに浸し、ケーキ型に敷き詰める。
5.200℃のオーブンに入れ、焼き目が付くまで30分ほど焼く。
6.トングでココットを取り出して中心にブリーチーズを入れ、オーブンの温度を180℃に下げて10分焼く。チーズが溶けたら取り出す。
7.生地の表面に溶かしバターを塗り、万能ねぎを散らしたら、完成!野菜やピザ生地をチーズに付けていただく。

(English Recipe)
Monkey Bread Brie Fondue
Servings: 6-8
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 medium white onion, thinly sliced
26 ounces pizza dough
½ cup cooked chopped bacon
¼ cup (½ stick) melted unsalted butter
1 8-ounce wheel of brie cheese
Chopped fresh chives, for garnish
Steamed broccoli florets, for serving
Boiled, halved baby potatoes, for serving
Sautéed whole mushrooms, for serving
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 400˚F (200˚C). Prepare a 9-inch round cake pan with a 3½- inch ramekin in the center and set nearby.
Melt the butter in a large pan over medium-low heat. Add the onion and sauté until caramelized, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat.
Take a golf ball-sized piece of pizza dough and flatten it out with your fingers. Stuff the dough with about a teaspoon of caramelized onions and cooked bacon. Close the dough ball by pinching at the seam and roll into a ball in your hands. Repeat with the remaining dough and fillings.
Dip each stuffed ball in the melted butter. Place the stuffed balls in the prepared cake pan, stacking them around the ramekin.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and reduce the oven temperature to 350˚F (180°C). Remove the ramekin with tongs (it will be hot!).
Place the wheel of brie in the center. Return the pan to the oven for 10 minutes more, or until the brie is soft.
Brush the monkey bread with more melted butter and sprinkle the bread and cheese with chives. Serve with vegetables like broccoli, potatoes, and mushrooms for dipping.
