I know life has not been too well - not for the past year, month or even days. Maybe you cried yourself to bed last night. Maybe you are wiping off your tears while reading this. Don’t be scared. Don’t feel lost. Put your hand forward - and see the shadow? You are not alone. You are so strong. Look at you. Look at you breathing beautifully. Look at all the scars you’ve got. The badges we call "experience". I am proud of you. From deepest part of my heart - I know you are meant to do great things. You are on your way ; please don’t give up now because you are destined to be the best version of you. And the crack in your heart isn’t a flaw needs to be fixed but a stream to embrace. That is how all the hate for yourself flows out and slowly filling it with immense self love 🌈✨♥️
