นางสาว*******เป็นนักศึกษา คณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ และการออกแบบ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้า ธนบุรี
เดินทางมาประเทศญี่ปุ่น เพื่อเข้าร่วม workshop กับมหาวิทยาลัย Shibaura Institute of Technology ระหว่างวันที่ 8 - 16 กค. 2562 หลังจากที่การเข้าร่วม workshop จบลงแล้ว 2 วัน ได้ออกไปจากที่พักคนเดียว เพื่อไปหาเพื่อนที่ ศึกษาในประเทศญี่ปุ่น
โดยนัดที่ Ueno Park ตอนเที่ยง วันพฤหัสที่ 18 กค. หลังจากนั้นตั้งแต่เที่ยง จนถึง ตี 4 วันที่ 19 กค. ไม่มีใครติดต่อได้เลย และไม่มีการอ่านข้อความในไลน์เลย ได้แจ้งความกับ ตำรวจชื่อ Mr. ****ที่ Kuramae police station (เบอร์ติดต่อ######)
โดยทางตำรวจ แจ้งว่าถ้าได้ความคืบหน้าจะติดต่อกลับ มายังที่พัก

何謂BIM(建築資訊模型)
● 建築資訊模型（Building Information Modeling）是以建築工程專案的各項相關資訊資料作為模型的基礎，進行建築模型的建立，通過數位資訊模擬類比建築物所具有的真實資訊。
BIM(建築資訊模型)特性
● 它具有視覺化，參數化，衝突檢查，分析模擬和施工模擬五大特點。
BIM(建築資訊模型)軟體
● Revit：國內建築領域裡最為常用的BIM建模軟體。
● Navisworks：將多種不同格式的模型文件合併在一起。漫遊，碰撞檢查，施工模擬為三個主要的應用功能。
● Civil 3D：這是一款專門定製的AutoCAD，主要做的是地塊的道路建模，土方計算，雨水分析等。是一款地理空間設計軟體。
● ArchiCAD（AC）：ArchiCAD主要就是建築專業的建模，有類似族的概念，但沒有族類型。
● Tekla：這個是鋼結構的重量級軟體。
● MagiCAD：基於AutoCAD的軟體，主要是機電使用。
● 廣聯達/魯班：這兩款軟體主要在工程量統計和進度管理上起作用。比較多的是Revit直接提取計算工程量，然後再用廣聯達提取計算一遍。
