Omg omg omg my #iherb loot arrived today with the highly-anticipated newly-launched Cookies and Cream #Questbars! I just randomly went to #iherb for fun and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had this in stock already! I'll have to keep it aside for now though, no processed foods of any kind until after 9 March! What a test of self-control this is gonna be :(

このアップルタルトは口の中の水分が奪われる感じなので、アイスクリームと一緒に食べるのが良いかと思います。笑

Ingredients:
For the crust:
210g pastry flour
60g oil
80g maple syrup
a hint of salt
For the filling:
100g pastry flour
30g almond flour
50g oil
80g soy milk
50g cane sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
For the garnish:
600g apple
1 tsp lemon juice
200g water
Instructions:
1. combine all the ingredients for the crust. place the dough into a tart tin.
2. bake at 350F/180C for 10 mins.
3. peel apples. simmer with water and lemon juice until apples soften.
4. combine all the ingredients for the filling, pour the mixture into the crust.
5. put apples on top.
6. bake at 350F/180C for 30 mins.

りんご 600g
レモン果汁 小さじ1
水 200g
「作り方」
１、クラスト生地の全ての材料を混ぜ合わせ、型に敷き詰める。
２、１８０℃で１０分ほど空焼きします。
３、りんごの皮をむき、レモン果汁と水と一緒にりんごが柔らかくなって水気がなくなるまで煮る。
４、フィリングの材料を全て混ぜ合わせ、型に流し入れる。
５、りんごを綺麗に並べる。
６、１８０℃で３０分ほど焼きます。
