Winter gainz.

I haven't been training and eating right recently... Took a week off to the snowy mountain to shred some snow and indulge some great food.

Do I fear of losing my hard-earned gainz when I'm not training and getting in my protein?
.
Well, I used to, but now I'm totally fine with it. Why? Because I no longer taking my own body seriously? No. Because I know I'll gain everything back (quickly) when I start back my training and nutrition regiment.
.
No, I'm not some special human or some genetic freak (I was a skinny, sick kid)... It's just that I have good muscle memory that being developed over the past few years.
.
Muscle memory is what makes a person who relapsed due to injury or atrophy for any reason; they will regain their gainz when they make a comeback. Muscle memory is not some fancy theory that people made up. It's real.
.
So if you lose some gainz recently for whatever reason, it's not the end of the world! Just come back to your training, and you will regain them 💯.
.
For those who wanted to take a break but fear of losing all their gainz, I'd say don't worry about it go for it. Taking one step back for two steps ahead is a great move, as long as you make a solid come back.👍

Today let me reintroduce my fans about @bluelagoonis
The Blue Lagoon has a temperature usually ranging between 37-40 Celsius so even in winter, It feels like a nice warm bath.
The smell is not as strong as the New Zealand’s bathhouses and BL water is so blue it makes u feel like u r in heaven.
Blue Lagoon strictly enforces its hygiene rules. Guests are required to shower with soap before entering the water out of respect for other bathers and the site itself.
U can bring ur Gopro and handphone into BL but remember ur waterproof case coz u cant submerge ur phone.
People normally spend 2 hours here on average.

ぷち♡ソフトフランス | Petit French Rolls (Crispy Crust but Light and Fluffy Inside)

リスドォルが残っているので、ぷちフランスを焼きました。
いつもはクープ入れずに普通のまるパンにしちゃうんですが、、行方不明のクープナイフが戻って来たので(♡)嬉しすぎてクープ入れて焼きました。クープのところにバターやオイルを垂らしてから焼くとそこの温度が上がるので、ぱっこり開いてくれます。
邪道ですが、、、家で食べるのでいーーーーーんです!
リスドォルでぷちパンにするとこれはこれで、やっぱり美味しい。
今夜はぷちパンとサラダとワインで乾杯します、ふっふっふっ。

【Ingredients】8 Bread rolls
★150g Bread flour (Lys d'Or brand)
★8g Sugar　
★2g Salt 　

40g water
60g milk
2g Dry yeast

12g Unsalted butter(room temperature)
For Sprinkle
*Bread flour (as needed)

For Toppings:
16g(2g×8) Salted butter

【Directions】
①Combine the dry ingredients (★)and mix together with a whisk.
②Combine water,milk, and dry yeast, then add it to ① and mix.
③Put it on the table and knead. (10mins)
④Add butter and knead more. (5mins)
⑤Make it round, then leave it at a warm place until it gets twice as bigger. (primary fermentation)
⑥Degas the dough from ⑤, divide it into 8 pieces and make them round.
⑦Cover them with a wet cloth and leave them for 15 mins. (bench time)
⑧Deflate the dough lightly, round off each piece again and line them up on a baking sheet.
⑨ Cover with a tightly wrung out moistened kitchen towel and leave to rise again (2nd rising), until they are 1.5 to 2 times their original size.
⑩Preheat the oven to 250°C. Dust the rolls with bread flour (not listed in the ingredient list) using a tea strainer.
⑪Slash the top with 1 cut and put butter on the top.
⑫When the oven has heated up all the way, mist the rolls generously.
⑬Turn the oven temperature down to 230°C and bake the rolls for 13 minutes.
⑭ Place it on a wire rack to cool.

*Baking time will vary according to your oven so please adjust accordingly.
*Be careful not to let the dough dry out when you are letting it rise or rest.
*When the dough is too moist and sticky, powder the dough a little.

*The best milk temperature for the dough: About 30℃ for spring and autumn. About 10℃ for summer, and about 45℃ for winter.
*It may be difficult to see the water sprayer but if you mist the dough with a water sprayer before baking, the crust will be crispy.

【作り方】
①材料（★）をボウルに入れ、泡立て器で混ぜる。
②水、牛乳、ドライイーストを混ぜ合わせ、①に加えて混ぜる。
③テーブルの上で捏ねる。 （約10分）
④バターを加えてさらに捏ねる。 （約5分）
⑤丸めて2倍になるまで暖かいところに置く。 （一次発酵）
⑥⑤の生地のガスを抜き、8つに分けて丸める。
⑦濡れ布巾で覆い、15分間ベンチタイム。
⑧生地をもう一度丸めなおし、天板の上に並べます。
⑨2倍になるまで暖かいところに置く。 （二次発酵）
⑩オーブンを250℃に温める。茶こしを使ってパンに強力粉をふりかける。
⑪クープナイフ(なければカミソリの刃など利用)を使って切り込みを入れ、バターを乗せる。
⑫オーブンが温まったらパンに霧吹きをする。
⑬オーブンの温度を230℃に下げ、約13分焼く。
⑭ワイヤーラックの上で冷ます。

*焼く時間はオーブンによって異なりますので、調整してください。
*生地が乾かないように注意してください。

Hi everyone,

You guys have been requesting a Back To School Fashion video. To be honest, I went to a school where I had to wear uniform daily so honestly- I don't know what the requirements are for school clothing. Depending where you are - weather is also varied throughout the Globe which makes things a little tricky.

Hong Kong is still very hot right now so most of my clothes are catered for 'friendly' weather. Remember, you don't have to follow my outfits piece by piece. You can switch up a pair of shorts to a pair of jeans. You can add outer wear for extra warmth. My outfits are just to give you general ideas for clothing inspiration. The outfits aren't complete (lacking addition of shoes, bags and accessories wise) because I was just drafting quick ideas by pulling random pieces out of my wardrobe.

Hopefully for the colder weather, I can make a Fall/Winter fashion video by then which will include more layers for the colder weather. I can say I honestly prefer Fall Fashion. I cannot wait until Hong Kong starts to cool down so I can layer up.

I hope you guys enjoy this video nonetheless. Hopefully you'll get more of an idea of how my style is. I'm not the most stylish person in the World. If I had to describe my style in one word, it's probably just Comfy or Casual. I just wear whatever makes me happy.

Bubz, why didn't you tell us where you got the clothes?
In HK, a lot of the clothes I buy are brandless because I buy them from random boutiques and stalls. I am a cheapo when it comes to clothes lol. However, I can give you guys some of my favorite universal stores to shop in:
