Dulu masa mula2 hakak buat @slende.fit ni hakak suruh dia try, tp dia tk mau.. but I force her to try cause how can u sell something u never tryout.. after 8 months she lost about 15kg and of course with proper diet and no! Dia tk exercise sgt.. Klu exercise lg baguih and cepat sebenaqnya.. dia pon beragan lah nk pakai cun raya ni.. tup2 termengandung pulak.. so kena stop hahahahaha.. but yg best she can still control her appetite..

I used to be very conscious about how I looked specifically about my weight. Recently I’ve been getting a lot of questions on how I lost the weight & It’s easy to say things like “I exercised a ton” or I had watched my diet closely but in reality it takes a lot of keeping up the consistency, perseverance and believing in myself and it takes!!!!! time!!!!!!!!!
