早安首爾！早安台北！
昨晚我入住首爾牛眠社區的公共住宅，這是由SH公社（Seoul Housing Public Corporation)所經營管理的公共住宅。SH公社是由首爾市政府100%出資，董事長由市長任命，配合市府政策，執行、興建及營運首爾的公共住宅。
我在臺北提出公共住宅的政策，就是希望臺北市民可以安居，可以有幸福感。昨日我和首爾市長的會面，聽到他要繼續大力推動公共住宅政策，首爾現在已經有23.2萬戶公共住宅，他的目標是要在四年任期內新蓋8萬戶公共住宅的目標。首爾的人口數是臺北的四倍，所以我們臺北四年內2萬戶公共住宅的目標，基本上和首爾也是一致，我相信臺北也能做到！
昨晚睡在這裏，沒有去睡飯店，媒體問我沒有床會不會睡不著？開玩笑！我當過兵！還參加過兩次師對抗！（我是借住所以當然是打地鋪）

This jig is designed to use a disc grinder safely.
There is no need to hold down the material by hand, and the handle is ergonomic and easy to use.
The slide moves about 250mm. Wide materials can now be cut with high accuracy.
Epoxy resin and aluminum are used for the linear bush housing.
In addition, a thrust bearing is used for the rotating part, achieving high accuracy and smooth rotation.
The linear bush has a dustproof felt bush attached.
Thrust bearings have a structure that prevents dust from entering.
Thrust bearings are inexpensive and cost less than 600 yen. You can make it cheaper than it looks.

今回は、エアコンの効きを良くするため室外機の筐体にアルミテープを貼ってみました。結果は除湿モードで外気40度時に室温29度設定で十分涼しいという非常に興味深い成果です。 室外機は日陰設置や直射日光を避けるのも重要で、更に、アルミの熱伝導率の高さを利用して筐体自体も冷却すると、不利な箇所の設置で直射日光を浴びても、筐体の温度が上がりにくくなりました。
アルミの熱伝導率は素晴らしいですね。 アルミテープを貼るだけなので簡単です。
熱は、熱いほうから冷たいほうへ流れる性質があるため、アルミの熱伝導率の良さを利用して、エアコン内部のこもった熱を外へ引っ張り上げ放出する効果も期待しています。
