The Club at GTower Hotel Kuala Lumpur Introduces New Food Vibe Experience with its very own resident chef, Chef Richard Teh.

I had the wonderful opportunity to taste & sample some of Chef Richard's creations for the new menu with signature dishes such as Australian Beef Rib Eye Steak, Melanzane, Oriental Lamb Shank, Pan Seared Scallop, Cheese Wheel Pasta, Roasted Chicken Roulade & Sizzling Hot Chocolate Brownies!

These new dishes are a true reflection of Chef Richard's year of experience in the culinary fields showcasing some of his best fusion dishes taking the dining experience to greater heights.
