數不清是第幾次在淋浴的時候才意識到痛楚，水流過背部破皮的地方，我躲也躲不掉，只能不斷深呼吸。
那些傷痕有的一陣子就會復原，有些過了很久仍然清晰可見，皮膚上沈澱了新的顏色。手臂是花的，背也是。
還有那些在腿上，大大小小，來來去去的瘀青。
真的，不是爸爸打媽媽。（歪）
傻強常常問我到底為什麼要這樣虐待自己的身體。
空中運動（不論是環 hoop、綢吊 silk、瑜伽、或是常常和空瑜搞混的吊床 hammock)，是一個充滿挫折和疼痛，同時也帶來很多快樂的過程。
在空中，我學會喜歡和尊重自己的身體。
台灣這幾年突然興起健身風潮，我們慢慢放下對體重的計較，卻仍然對體脂、身上的「線條」或「格子」有著深深的執著。（而且主流審美觀還是崇尚紙片人，之前看到一個部落客泳裝照，明明就是很健康的身材，結果一堆人留言笑他胖、粗壯。大概BMI超過17就不符合大家對美的標準吧。）
IG很流行各種 Before & After 的照片，有一個女生也分享了他的，只是兩張照片時間順序和別人相反。Before 是人人稱羨的魔鬼比例，而 After 是肉肉身材。他說自己當時為了維持完美體態，過得很不開心，運動的時候只在意展現在身材上的成果有多少，吃東西的時候斤斤計較各種營養的比例和攝取量，他得到了被崇拜的目光，可是一點都不快樂。後來他決定不再逼瘋自己，健身房照上，但次數減少，飲食盡量健康，但該跟朋友聚會大吃時也爽快破戒。
因為空中的鍛鍊，這幾年來身體一直給我驚喜（以及過度使用時的驚嚇），那些驚喜並不來自於外在的改變，而是突破體能的舒適圈。身體這麼努力付出，我也學會不再用批判的眼光去看待我的胸、腿、屁股，不再為了常常遠行的腹肌而糾結。
在空中我學會不斷把自己推向極限，也知道什麼時候應該停下來休息。我學會在練習的過程認識和發展自己的風格，因為美麗不會只有一種樣子。在空中我學會耐心，現在做不到的，持續練功，有一天會發生。
人生也是。
最初在空中只是為了短暫逃離母職，找到喘息的出口，同時也找到了屬於自己的遊樂場。
