ให้นำผักกะสังประมาณ 1 กำมือ ต้มกับน้ำ ๒ แก้ว ให้เหลือประมาณ ๑ แก้ว แบ่งรับประทานครั้งละ ครึ่งแก้ว เช้า-เย็น 2 เวลา ก่อนหรือหลังอาหารก็ได้เช้าเย็นทุกวัน หรือจะกินต้น “กระสัง” สดๆ ไม่ต้องมากนัก ทุกวันก็ได้ จะช่วยให้อาการปวดตามข้อหรือโรคเกาต์บรรเทาหรือหายได้ แต่จะต้องรู้จักงดกินของแสลงควบคู่ด้วยจึงจะดีมาก
ซึ่งในประเทศฟิลิปปินส์มีการกินผักกะสังสดๆ หรือนำมาต้มกิน เพื่อรักษาโรคเก๊าท์และข้ออักเสบ ปัจจุบันผักกะสังเป็นสมุนไพรตัวหนึ่งที่ฟิลิปปินส์กำลังศึกษาวิจัยเพื่อใช้เป็นยารักษาโรคข้ออักเสบ รวมทั้งโรคเก๊าท์จากการที่ผักกระสังสามารถลดปริมาณกรดยูริคในกระแสเลือด
อาหารที่ควรงดเว้นที่มีปริมาณพิวรีนสูง ได้แก่
เครื่องในสัตว์ เนื้อสัตว์ปีก ปลาดุก อาหารทะเลบางชนิด ปลาซาร์ดีน ปลาไส้ตัน กุ้ง ปลาอินทรีย์ หอยเชลล์ ไข่ปลา กะปิ น้ำต้มกระดูก น้ำสกัดเนื้อ ซุปก้อน เห็ด ถั่วดำ ถั่วแดง ถั่วเขียว ถั่วเหลือง ปลากระป๋องซาร์ดีน หรือแม็คโคเรล ผักยอดอ่อนบางประเภท เช่น กระถิน ชะอม สะเดา ยอดมะพร้าวอ่อน
อาหารเหล่านี้ควรงดเว้นหรือรับประทานให้น้อยที่สุด โดยเฉพาะเครื่องดืมแอลกอฮอล์ทุกชนิดควรงดเว้น เพราะเป็นตัวการที่ทำให้เกิด การสร้างยูริกในเลือดสูงมาก ส่วนผักที่เป็นต้นธรรมดาไม่ใช่ยอดผักสามารถทานได้ทุกวัน ผลไม้ทานได้เกือบทุกอย่าง
นอกจากนี้ ผักกะสังยังเป็นสมุนไพรสำหรับผู้หญิงอีกชนิดหนึ่งนอกจากใช้รักษาสิวแล้ว สาวๆ สมัยก่อนยังใช้น้ำต้มผักกะสังล้างหน้าบ่อยๆ จะทำให้ผิวหน้าสดใส และนอกจากนี้ ผักกะสังเป็นยาสระผมทำให้ผมนุ่มโดยนำใบขยำกับน้ำชโลมศีรษะให้ศีรษะเย็น ป้องกันผมร่วง ทำให้ผมนุ่ม ซึ่งอธิบายได้ว่าผักกะสังมีธาตุอาหาร มีความเป็นกรดอ่อนๆ มีฤทธิ์ต้านการอักเสบ ต้านอนุมูลอิสระ ต้านเชื้อราและแบคทีเรีย

Hello buttercups,
I'd like to think I fly quite often, especially long haul flights. In fact, I'm scheduled to fly quite a lot this year starting next week. I love traveling but I hate flying. The airplane is all sorts of evil for my skin and that's why I'm pretty high maintenance even if I'm 50,000 feet in the air. Today, I'm going to share my Airplane Beauty regimen with you guys. I'll cover everything from skincare to makeup to hair.
Inside the airplane, air is constantly recycled. It's germ filled and the humidity only hovers around 8% (our skin need 40% to be healthy). To prevent the airplane from sucking every drop of moisture out of your skin, it's very important you protect it by keeping it hydrated as much as possible. Don't be afraid to turn your flight journey into a beauty spa.
EDIT- Yes. This is how I always fly. Yes, I watched Michelle's flying video years ago and I always wanted to do one ever since. It's how I handle my skin, makeup and hair. I did not copy someone else's routine. I'm about to fly next week and I just wanted to share my traveling routine. How many ways is there to remove makeup and apply skincare? I'm not going to apologise for copying something I didn't do. Michelle did an airplane beauty video years ago. Many did so afterwards. Are they all copying? No! There's lots of smokey eye tutorials, are they all copying? No. I'm just working with my skin. Common sense. That is all =) Believe all you like. You can't take away my dignity & attitude.
EDIT 2- I appreciate everybody who is trying to stand up for me but please don't get involved with bickering. I realised proving yourself right has a price to pay. It's not worth the time & effort. I appreciate your support and that is enough already =)

This is not something I often share, in fact it took me a lot of courage to share my ACNE journey with you. I went through an episode of really bad acne when I was 20 - 22 years old. Then it completely went away for 4 years, and I never thought I'd have to go through this phase again. Guess what? I started having terrible breakouts 3 years back, and that lasted for another 2 years.
Within that 2 year, I've tried different products and supplements, and I don't always get it right. But these are few natural supplements which have helped me. My skin has only started improving the past one year.
