過去每年Pierre Hermè 都會在巴黎挑一個很特別的地方辦年終聖誕節糕餅與國王餅的發表會。今年非常大膽地挑了曾經葬過被砍頭（後來挖出來改葬在聖丹尼大教堂）的路易十六的贖罪禮拜堂Chapelle Expiatoire. 其實午後的氣氛還不錯呢，是個有美麗白玫瑰的墓園。被邀來的賓客在這裡喝香檳，品咖啡，順便嚐嚐新款的馬卡龍、聖誕糕bûche de Noël 和明年的國王餅。
