終於有時間寫返個食譜post 喇!今次又係我最鍾意嘅快靚正pasta。如果買現成八爪魚就成個pasta唔使20分鐘就搞掂,試試佢!
Christian 西班牙八爪魚闊條麵
材料:
150g 闊條麵
4個熟番茄
1個洋蔥切碎
2瓣蒜頭切碎
50g西班牙辣肉腸
30-50g橄欖
鹽、胡椒調味
八爪魚材料:
200g八爪魚
300ml紅酒醋
400ml水
1湯匙紅椒粉
1茶匙鹽
1個橙切開每件1/4
做法:
1. 將水丶醋丶紅椒粉和鹽溝好煲滾,榨橙汁落去然後將皮加入水度。水再滾後加八爪魚用慢火煮1個鐘。
2. 燒熱個pan,將八爪魚每邊燒大約5分鐘。取出待用。
3. 校中低火,加油、洋蔥和辣肉腸至洋蔥孌透明。加蒜頭煮1分鐘後加蕃茄,拌渾然後冚蓋煮8-10分鐘。每3-4分鐘拌渾一次。
4.煲水,加鹽和橄欖油。水滾後加闊條麵。煮嘅時間跟返包裝説明嘅時間減2分鐘。
5.將麵加落蕃茄醬度,加5至6湯匙水,然後開中火再加橄欖煮2-3分鐘。加埋八爪魚上面就食得喇!
Christian's Octopus Pasta with a Spanish Twist
150g dried Fettuccini pasta
4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
50g Chorizo
30-50g Green olives
salt and black pepper for taste
200g Octopus
300ml red wine vinegar (or any vinegar is fine)
400ml water
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 orange cut into quarters
If you have cooked or canned octopus this will work just fine. If you have raw octopus, bring the vinegar, water, paprika and salt to a boil, squeeze in the oranges and drop the skins into the water. When boiling, add the octopus and turn the heat low to a gentle simmer. Simmer for 1 hour. Take out and rest. Heat up a grill pan and char grill when the pan is super hot. Grill until you see a nice sear on both sides, it may take 5 minutes on each side. Then set aside.
Put a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-low, add some cooking oil, and the onions and chorizo and slowly cook them until translucent. The oil and flavour of the chorizo should come out. Then add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute before adding the tomatoes. Stir well and cover the pan with a lid and allow to simmer for 8-10 minutes, check and stir every 3-4 minutes.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add some salt and olive oil. When the water is boiling, add the fettuccini and cook according to the instructions minus 2 minutes (for example if the package says 8 minutes then cook it for 6 minutes). When its the right time, add the pasta to the tomato sauce, then add 5-6 tablespoons of the water to cook the pasta into the tomato sauce, turn on the heat and add the olives. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with the grilled octopus. Bon Appetite!

Hey Everyone!!!! So for today when I first checked The Weather Network App on my phone, it said it would be cold all week long at -16C. Now, it says it will only be -16C on Monday, and the rest of the week will be warmer. Today, was another regular working day for me & Matthew. It was pay day Friday today. There was some nice oranges for sale at the store today & made some yummy Chicken wraps today. Thanks for watching & supporting my Channel.
