【Old School Steak House】的主打餐点是牛扒和龙虾，当然也不乏其他的高级西餐料理，从前菜到甜点都有哦~ 食材方面也是下重本，采用的食材几乎都是外国进口的高级新鲜食材；像是采用澳洲的牛肉 、纽西兰的羊肉和美国的龙虾，加上大厨的厨艺，绝对是有水准的哦！

来到这里，当然一定要尝店里主打的牛扒啦~大力 推荐[Rib Eye]， 散发出牛油的香味，吃在嘴里真的是非常美味啊~~ 肉质鲜嫩超juicy，吃起来非常有嚼劲，赞呐！
食量够大的吃货们就可以点他们家的另一招牌[T Bone]啦~ T字形的大骨分两边肉，咀嚼在嘴里的肉也有两种口感，统统吃得到！

除了牛扒，当然也不能错过他们的龙虾啦~ 这里的龙虾都是现点现煮，活龙虾绝对新鲜！推荐选择鸳鸯口味 Cheese Garlic，香气四溢的一道美食，两种吃法都可尝到龙虾肉质的鲜甜美味，每一口都美味得让人无法形容！好吃！

除了这些招牌美食，也别错过这里的意大利面、汤、salad和甜点，都值得尝试，各式各样的高级西餐料理可说是媲美一般的高级西餐厅哟~

2 tablespoons of cornflour

Sauce ingredients

5 cloves of chopped garlic
2 pcs of chilli padi
1 small handful of curry leaves
4 salted egg yolks - steamed & crushed
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg yolk
