Yay I’m finally done with my 3 days juice cleanse and I’m feeling awesome and camera ready for my MV shooting! 🥳
Since so many friends have asked me about my juice cleanse experience, I decided to share my review below.
Basically, whenever I need to slim down quickly for work or felt like I’ve eaten too much crap or drank too much, I would do a 3 days juice cleanse. Not only it’s efficient and fast, it also detox and reboot your body.
Lots of people ask me if it’s difficult and if I would get really weak during the process. The truth is that it’s not as hard as it seems.
The juices are yummy and full of nutrients that our bodies need. Yes from time to time I would get hungry but I do have enough energy to perform my daily routine and even do some light exercise. I was able to do a light 1 hour hike on the first day, a yoga class on the third day and felt refresh afterwards!
The second day was the toughest, quite low in energy, so I cheated and had some cucumber with sea salt and almond for dinner. 😛
Overall I’m delighted with the 3 days juice cleanse result, I’m lighter, skinnier, less bloated, feeling sharper with more energy!
Another interesting note is that without proper meals, I have a lot more time everyday. So you can make use of this to do something you like but never have time for, like reading a book or watching a movie.
