หลังจากวางขายได้ไม่นานยอดขายของ Home - a Unique Horror Adventure ก็พุ่งสูงจนถือว่าประสบความสำเร็จและเกินความคาดหมายของผู้พัฒนาครับ จนตอนนี้ผู้พัฒนาคนดังกล่าวก็ได้ก้าวเข้าสู่สายงานการพัฒนาเกมเต็มตัว

แหม่ น่าจะบอกซักหน่อยว่าได้ทำงานกับที่ใดจะได้ตามไปอุดหนุน :D

ONE MONTH LATER: Official Home State-of-the-Union Address

It's been exactly one month since Home was released on Steam. Needless to say, this month has been incredible, unbelievable.

In one month, I sold more than double what I thought I'd sell in a YEAR. No joke—the response has been more than I can understand. Back in January, I told gaming luminary Mathew Kumar that I didn't think more than 10 people would buy the game. He said I was wrong, and man, I am glad he was right.

Thanks to all of you, I get to be a full-time game developer. Now, instead of client calls, I get to make games for you folks. And believe me, more stuff is coming.

First, though, we're working to bring Home to other platforms. And while I can't be too specific right now (I don't want to make a promise I can't keep), the hope is to have Home out to new audiences in the new year.

As well, I have plans for some related material in other media that you folks might like—I'll be talking about that as soon as I can.

Who knew this tiny indie game from Toronto would find such an eager audience? I certainly didn't, but I am grateful for all of you who gave the game a chance and make it successful.
