我很愛吃。
更正確的說法是：我愛吃美食。
對於美食有很多要求，
但絕對不求精巧美麗，
唯迷戀一種特別令人驚豔的時刻...
感受的到廚師的用心之時，
超迷人。
說到吃，小時候跟著大人吃吃喝喝，
餐桌上有好些種類，感覺好像被界定為大人的食物，
起司盤，酸麵包，乾辣椒...等等，
還有一種超「大人味」...就是生蠔。
擠上檸檬，加點碎洋蔥紅酒醋醬，稀哩呼嚕的吞食
再優雅地捏起桌邊的口布，
輕壓兩下，牡蠣碎殼與泥沙就此拭淨，超帥氣，
所以我學著吃生蠔只是想跟大人一樣。
許多人擔心生鮮的口感，加上牡蠣特有的金屬味兒，
海物的強烈腥羶，甚至是嗆辣的佐料，
讓人不適，不適應，
我倒是「食在」津津有味。
小學五年級去了澳洲，
噢，對於澳洲的小顆生蠔我實在愛不釋手，
年紀太小，對產地不夠了解，網路上查過，
依然不確定到底來自Smoky Bay或Douglas，
總之，就在海邊，價格便宜，一盤一打，
鮮味十足，甘甜而順口，先品嘗過短暫的海水鹹，
再體會滑溜的蠔肉，紮實脆爽。
印象中，跟澎湖較常見的太平洋牡蠣不一樣，
他們蠔裙健壯而寬廣，多添了份屹立不搖的精神。
這或許是我第一次吃到南非生蠔，
深海蠔，肉色白，據說會有果木的清甜，
最具代表性的是產自納米比亞鯨灣港，
一樣，無法確認，
但果然吃起來有股濃郁奶香，
屬於蠔界小清新。
剛說到我深深對廚師的用心感到著迷，
這頓飯是在私廚吃的，
主廚專注而帥氣，對於食材和客人之間的關係很在意，
問到我不喝酒，還是倒了杯白酒說這和南非生蠔很搭。
坐在吧台吃飯，看得到他用心到有些小心，
煎干貝紅藜醬溫沙拉，深得我心，
最後的甜點，或許只是我對甜點研究不深，
輕而易舉的讓我開始擔心以後吃不到怎麼辦？
葡萄柚橘粉紅與柳橙的豔黃是開學交到新朋友的舒爽啊！
