[ breaking news ] 巴黎協議各成員國同意以控制升溫目標在攝氏2度C之內，並且盡力達成攝氏1.5度為目標。

本次大會COP21決議文與協議前言中，也都放入了「世代正義」(Intergenerational equity) 的字句。
但是好像也不能高興的太早，我們發現原本關於減碳長期目標的時間表在最終版本通通被拿掉了，另外協議並沒有將資金量化。大會決議文裡與脆弱國家關係重大的損失與損害機制 (Loss and Damage) 中則說明協議的第八條將「不涉及賠償責任，也不作為法律賠償責任的法律依據」，對脆弱國家來說非常不利！

Would be nice if America was FIRST in banning something....like GMOs or Fracking or anything really. I know sometimes they also protect their environment...but usually only years after other countries decide to protect theirs.
