由於母親是香港人，香港是我的第二個家。
我很喜歡香港。
從小旅行拜訪香港親戚
就是數年一次，一次兩個禮拜。
最喜歡吃豬腸粉，燒賣，還有滷牛雜串。
香港，是回了（還是旅行？）很多次。
但她對我還是既熟悉又陌生。
比任何一個地方，去的次數都還要多。
但一到香港街頭，總會自然變成一個旅客身分。
也是因為如此，從一個第三者的角度，我觀察香港，及其文化。
香港很有特色，她有很多跟其他城市不同的特色，文化。
我很喜歡。
種種文化特色元素加乘一起。
她就是我所愛的香港。
我知道，我永遠不可能成為一個完全融入，
並成為這個香港文化一部分的人。
但每當我人在香港，經過一個街角，看到某些場景
吃一條豬腸粉，聽大媽門買菜口吻。
我能感到“我在香港”。
就覺得很幸福。
隨之，一天我躺在公寓屋頂
突然就自然整理了這3個我覺得好香港，的事。
3件事太少，還有很多但說不完。
等不及了，先跟你分享。

這是我最喜歡的一個香港在地特色文化。
所以我要第一個講。
好local，好開心。
我喜歡在香港 不分男女老少，都稱他們“帥哥”“美女”
的親近感。
【2 在香港，搭巴士去郊區要大喊“我要下車！”】
曾經，這是我的心頭之痛。
因為我做不到。
或許只是短期旅遊香港的你，這一則可能無關緊要。
但是，住過妳住在香港。這是一個好在地，
當地人視以為常的生活方式。
沒有人教，但他們都知道。
【3 在香港逛街？記得多帶一件外套！】
不論是短期旅行（遊），還是長期居住，
不用我說，你一定早就有經驗了。
香港的冷氣真的是超級冷。
瘋狂到，我曾一度以為開冷氣不用錢。
尤其是夏天的香港，好熱。
但想去百貨公司，商場躲太陽吹冷氣時
裡面又冷到讓你受不了。
常常就不小心感冒了。
所以想給你一個小叮嚀。
香港夏天是很熱，
但除了身上那件T-shirt，記得多帶件外套。
真的怕冷？再多帶一條圍巾。
我很喜歡香港，我希望可以把我眼中的香港
與你分享。

【The purpose of the video 】
To let the world learn about HongKong, and becomes interested in HongKong. And, hopefully to help you out when visiting (traveling ) to HongKong or living in HongKong.
I am a Taiwanese girl.
Because my mother is from HongKong, HongKong is my second home.
I love HongKong.
Since I was little, I have been visiting my relatives in HongKong with my family every once a while. And 2 weeks long each time.
My favorite food is Rice noodle roll，Xiu Mai, and HongKong beef.
Well, I have been back (traveled?) to HongKong so many times, but everything there is familiar in a way, and new in another way.
Tho HongKong is a plave that I visit the most, more than anywhere else, once I am down the streets, I naturally become a tourist.
Because of this, I can be a third party.
I observe HongKong, and its culture.
HongKong is featured. She has many unique cultures, characters that other places do not have.
I like it.
Mix all those elements together, it becomes the HongKong that I love.
One day, when I was chilling at the roof of my apartment, I thought of these 3 things that I find so HongKong.
3 is really too few, there are way more.
But, can’t wait. So share the 3 with you first.

材料：
急凍排骨 2磅
薑醋 2湯匙
鎮江醋 2湯匙
蘋果醋 2湯匙
意大利醋 2湯匙
（可以自由配搭增加減少份量）
黃冰糖或黃糖、黑糖 1小碗
薑 適量
蒜頭 幾粒
做法：
1.急凍排骨徹底解凍後，冷水落鑊加入薑片黃酒汆水
2.洗乾淨之後瀝乾水分
3.少許油爆香薑片，加入排骨爆炒
4.加入醋及糖，再加水剛蓋過排骨表面
5.加入連皮蒜頭
6.中慢火炆半小時，再焗1小時
Sweet and Sour Spareribs
Ingredients:
Frozen Spareribs 2 lbs
Ginger and Sweetened Vinegar 2 tbsp
Zhen Jiang vinegar 2 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp
Brown Sugar / Rock Sugar / Dark Brown Sugar 1 little bowl
Ginger few
Garlic a few cloves
Shao Xing wine few
Star anise few
Cinnamon 1 pc
Bay leaf few
Salt little
Steps:
1. Thaw the frozen spareribs. Put cold water in a pan. Add a few of ginger and Shao Xing wine. Blanch spareribs.
2. Wash spareribs, drain to dry well.
3. Heat a little oil. Saute ginger, star anise and cinnamon . Put in sweetened vinegar, Zhen Jiang vinegar, apple cider vinegar and Balsamic vinegar.
4. Put in spareribs, Shao Xing wine. Add water to cover all the ingredient. Then put bay leaf in the pot. Cover the lid and cook for a while.
5. Put in garlic. Then add a few of rock sugar.
6. Cover the lid and cook in mid-low heat for 20 minutes. Season with salt.
7. Cover the lid and cook about for 10 minutes. Off heat, then wait it for 30 minutes.

牛肉 半斤
煙肉 1/4斤
（可以用全豬肉或者全牛肉、羊肉）
洋葱 1大個（切粒）
甘筍 2條（切粒）
蒜茸 2湯匙
茄膏 1大罐
番茄連皮 1罐
紅酒 1支
意式香料 2-3湯匙
可以用新鮮Rosemary and thyme
香葉 幾片（可以用新鮮迷迭香和百里香）
做法：
1.先用少許油爆香煙肉
2.加入豬肉及牛肉不斷翻炒直至水分完全炒乾
3.加入蒜茸、茄膏炒勻炒香
4.加入罐裝番茄
5.倒入紅酒，如果水分不足夠，可以另外加水或者加更多紅酒
6.加入所有香料
7.煮燉大概1小時
8.加入適量鹽及糖調味
Italian Meat Sauce
Ingredients:
Pork ½ catty
Beef ½ catty
Bacon 1/4 catty
(According your taste, you can choose all pork, beef or lamb.)
Diced Onion 1 large pc
Diced Carrot 1 pc
Minced Garlic 2 Tablespoons
Tomato paste 1 can
Tomato with skin 1 can
Red Wine 1 bottle
Italian Spices 2-3 Tablespoons
(Fresh Rosemary and thyme)
Chinese celery few
Steps:
1. Heat a little oil, pan fry bacon.
2. Put in pork and beef, stir fry until the meat without water.
3. Add garlic and tomato paste, stir fry and mix well.
4. Add tomato.
5. Pour in red wine. If water is not enough, can add more water or red wine.
6. Put in all spices.
7. Simmer the meat sauce for about 1 hour.
8. Season with a few salt and sugar.
