วันนี้หนูรู้สึกเหมือนก้าวเข้าไปอยู่ในโลกใบใหม่ โลกแห่งเคมีและวิทยาศาสตร์ เคมีเป็นอะไรที่หนูไม่เคยเรียนเลย เพราะว่าเป็นคนไม่ค่อยชอบอะไรที่เป็นสูตรๆเท่าไร ทำให้ตอนเลือกวิชาที่จะสอบเทียบ ไม่ได้เลือกวิชาด้านวิทย์เลย แล้วด้วยความที่เราเลือกที่จะสอบเทียบ ความรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ที่ได้จากโรงเรียนช่วงมัธยมต้น ก็จะมีแต่เรื่องพื้นฐาน ทั่วไป ที่ยังไม่ได้แตกแขนงไปในด้านต่างๆ วันนี้รู้สึกเหมือนได้กลับไปในช่วงมัธยมต้นที่เข้าแลป ได้ส่องกล้องจุลทัศน์ หรือ ผ่ากบ มันเป็นอะไรที่ตื่นตาตื่นใจสำหรับหนูตลอด สาาาาหนุกกกกก วันนี้ก็ขอบคุณ อ. เจษฎา มากๆเลยนะคะ ที่ให้เกียรติมารวมไลฟ์กับพวกเรา สนุกมากๆเลยค่ะ ได้รู้อะไรเยอะแยะเลย ถ้าพวกเราล่วงเกินอะไรไปก็ขอโทษด้วยนะคะ

Today I feel like I step into a new world..a world of Chemistry and Science. Chemistry is something that I've never interested in because I don't like formula. For that reason, I didn't choose any of the Science subject to do during IGCSEs. Since I choose to do IGCSEs, I only get to learn science when I was junior high school and most of the topic that they cover are all the basic science. Today I feel like I went back to the time when I was in the laboratory room and doing some experiment, it is always a fascinated things to me. Today, I would like to say thank you to A. Jessada for coming as a guest during our live and also teach us so many things. Hope to see A. Jessada again next time when have chance.

STEP 1:⁣

First, take out a pen/pencil and a piece of paper.⁣
⁣
I’ll give you a second to do that.⁣
⁣
Okay, have you got your pen and paper?⁣
⁣
Good.⁣
⁣
It’s important that you actually DO this - otherwise you won’t gain anything from this exercise and you can stop reading here.⁣
⁣
And if you’re busy right now but want to try this for yourself later, save this post and come back to it when you have time.⁣

Okay, let’s get started.⁣

STEP 2:⁣
⁣
In the middle of your paper, draw a circle.⁣
⁣
The circle should cover the middle of your page - large enough for you to write inside, but also enough space outside for writing as well.⁣
⁣
Okay. Now inside the circle list out everything you currently have.⁣
⁣
It could be your car, the home you are currently living in, your friends and family, the phone or laptop you are reading this post on, anything that you currently have.⁣
⁣
Take a minute or two to do that.⁣
⁣
Come back after listing them out.⁣
⁣
Okay, have you finished listing out what you currently have?⁣
⁣
Good.⁣
⁣
STEP 3:⁣
⁣
Now, outside the circle… list out everything you WANT but don’t currently have.⁣
⁣
Maybe it’s a new car you want, or a bigger house, or a nice vacation you want to go on with your family.⁣
⁣
Whatever it is, list it outside the circle.⁣
⁣
Take a minute or two to do that now.⁣
⁣
Are you finished?⁣
⁣
Good.⁣
⁣
Let’s move onto the final step.⁣
⁣
STEP 4:⁣
⁣
Take a look at your page.⁣
⁣
And look at the circle and everything INSIDE the circle.⁣
⁣
This is your comfort zone.⁣
⁣
Everything you currently have inside your circle, you have because you are comfortable performing the actions needed to get it.⁣
⁣
For example - maybe you work at a job right now, and that job is enough to pay for the mortgage on your current home BUT it’s not enough for the home outside your circle.⁣
⁣
But everything outside your circle, you don’t have because it’s outside your comfort zone.⁣
⁣
You are not comfortable taking the actions needed to get them… that’s why you don’t have it at this moment right now.⁣
⁣
So in order to get everything you want in life…⁣
⁣
You need to EXPAND your comfort zone.⁣
⁣
All you need to expand your comfort zone is to do just one little thing that scares you every day.⁣
⁣
And as your comfort zone expands, it will start to include all the things you’ve wanted but don’t currently have.⁣
⁣
So keep growing...⁣
⁣
Keep expanding.⁣
⁣

Hello! :) This piece is a little experiment I did for my character 'Pixie Charlotte' from 'Institut auf dum Aurum' art series.

We made some rainbow rock candy from crystalized sugar. It was our hope to make some truly "rocky" rock candy... but we ended up with something a little lackluster. This is like a fun cooking science experiment!

*Recipe* (Warning: Results may vary)
1. Dip the tip of a bamboo skewer (about 4 cm) in water.
2. Cover the wet portion in granulated sugar, and let it dry out.
3. Get some food coloring ready in some bowls.

Red: Three red drops
Orange: One red drop + two yellow drops
Yellow: Two yellow drops
Green: One yellow drop + one green drop
Light blue: One blue drop
Blue: Four blue drops
Purple: Two red drops + one blue drop

4. Put 300 ml of water into a bot, and bring it to a boil.
5. Under a low flame, add a little at a time of 830 g of granulated sugar (about 2.76 times the weight of the water), and let it dissolve.
6. Take the bowls from step three, and mix them into the pot from step five. If you are going to add in any flavoring, do it here.
7. Attach clothespins to the skewers from step two. (About 7 cm down.)
8. Place step seven into step six.
9. Leave it like that for two weeks.
10. Carefully pull out the skewers from the pot.
11. Let them dry out.
12. Enjoy with a cup of coffee while reflecting on where it all went wrong and why you were left with less than stellar rock candy.

虹色のロックキャンディ作りました。もっとゴツゴツとしたロックキャンディができあがるのを夢見ていたのですが・・・しょぼいのが できちゃいました。砂糖の結晶化。理科の実験みたいで楽しかったです。

*レシピ*（しょぼいのしかできないかもしれませんが参考までに載せます）
１．竹串の先端（4センチほど）を水に浸す。
２．水に浸した部分にグラニュー糖をまぶし、よく乾かしておく。

３．容器に食用色素を準備する。
アカ・赤 3滴
オレンジ・赤 1滴＋黄 2滴
キイロ・黃 2滴
ミドリ 黄・1滴＋緑・1滴
ミズイロ・青 1滴
アオ・青 4滴
ムラサキ・赤 2滴＋青 1滴

４．鍋に水 300mlを入れ、沸騰させる。
５．弱火にし、グラニュー糖 830ｇ（水の重さの約2.76倍）を少しずつ加え、溶かす。
６．３で準備した容器に５を加える混ぜる。香料を加える場合はここで加える。

７．２を洗濯バサミで留める。（7センチのところ）
８．７を６に入れる。
９．そのまま、2週間放置。

１０．容器から竹串を丁寧に引き抜く。
１１．よく乾燥させる。
１２．何がいけなくて、しょぼく なったてしまったのかと、反省会をしながらコーヒーなどに入れて楽しむ。

Here's a really easy - but magnifique looking - hairstyle which you can convert into different styles by adding different accessoires. Instead of a diadem, you could experiment by using, a ribbon, a scarf, a floral wreath or a katusha. Just a few examples! : D

----- TUTORIAL -----
Im gonna show you how to do a very cute and easy princess like hairstyle!
The BEST thing about this hairstyle is that it looks super fancy but actually it's very easy and you could also use a ribbon instead of a crown or other accessoires so its a very convertible hairstyle you can wear to any outfit at any season! So...

Let's Start!

For the easy way, use an instant beehive tool (of course you can do it without the beehive tool, too...)

1.- Part the your fringe from the rest of your hair.
2.- Take a quarter of your hair and hide the beehive below.
3.- Hold the beehive together by joining two sections of hair creating a ponytail.

I'm hiding the boring black band with a big pink ribbon.

Now let's get to the extensions! I'm using 20inch long human hair extensions with silicon clip ins! (When the clips contain silicon, then it's less likely that they damage hair...)

Just clip them in and keep them under your ear tip.
(If you already have reallly long hair, this part is not necessary, of course.. ^^)
See how much more princess like the hair appears now? ^^

Next step: Curls!
To create shiny and bouncy curls I'm using a 32mm Hair Curling Tong.
SPlit your hair, then part it into 3 sections for each half.
Start wrapping your hair from the wider end to the thinner end and wait for 2 or 3 minutes.
Hold the curls and fix them with hairspray so they hold their shape longer.

When you're done with all curls, straighten your fringe. A straight fringe with curls looks very noble and cute!

A tiara is typical princess style but you can experiment with accesoires too!
I'll create two pigtails from the curls for a dollier look, using ribbons
Also I decorate my fringe with adhesive rhinestones, pearl and a white rose clip.
(For a dolly princess look, go for bling-bling, pastel colours, ribbons and flowers)

Annnd we're finished! Wasn't that easy?

Hello Youtube Family,

We just got back from A&E. Isaac fell and bumped his head today on the floor and just to be safe, we wanted to get him checked out. Just been told to keep an eye on him for the next 24 hours. I know people say babies will get bumps along the way but I can't help but feel like this is my fault as I was in the toilet when he happened. Now that he is walking, he is nonstop and tries to climb absolute everything. He's going through a phase where he refuses to hold on to anybody too. He was the happiest person in A&E so hopefully he be ok. Please keep prayers for him. We really gotta watch him every second now.

I feel every bit of heartache each scrape and bruise he gets. I can't even bear the thought of him getting more serious injuries in the future. If I could, I wish I could protect him from nightmares. It's so overwhelming to know there's so much I can't protect Isaac from. Luckily, I know whatever I lack in- God is able. I feel ease knowing Isaac has his Papa Lord every step of the way to guide him through everything.
