Because Mariska(my staff) give me some croquettes from her shop to me and Misaki .This is such a favorite food in my list now. I love to eat breef or spicy food also try local food if i have a chance.
So! Next plan is Dried mango in Philippines!!

Sending NOODZ from Bicol! 🇵🇭 This southern region of Luzon (the Philippines’ largest & most populous island) is famous for its spicy food, beach islands with limestone cliffs (which you may remember from my last #IndulgentEatsBicol trip) and the Mayon Volcano with its perfect cone shape 🌋

Socorro’s at Sumlang Lake is great for its view of the volcano & seriously SARAP (delicious) food - try some of these dishes next time you’re at a Filipino restaurant and swipe to the end for the view! 😍
1. Pancit Sotanghon - stir fried glass noodles flavored/colored with annatto powder
2-3. Tuna Sisig - citrus marinated tuna cooked until crispy & served on a sizzling plate with egg, onions & mayo 🐟
4. Dried Laing - dried taro leaves cooked in spicy coconut milk, sometimes topped with pork like this one
5. Bagoong Fried Rice - fried rice with fermented shrimp paste for dat #umami 🍚 This one was unique with fried eggplant, pork & mango - soo good!
