生小孩之後，我家電視已經變成『裝飾品』七年多了
小孩小的時候，我們幾乎是不開電視的
小娜上Ｋ之後我才慢慢開放screen time給她
但是只限制週末才讓她們看電視
之前我們有cable（有線電視）的時候都是把卡通or一些節目錄下來
讓她們看重播的
而且我也很龜毛
只讓她們看PBS的卡通
其他節目也需要經過我的審核她們才能看
所以小娜之前最愛的電視節目是：
✅ My 600lb Life
✅ Dr. Pimple Popper
✅ Ninja Warrior
結果上個月我們毅然決然把cable停掉了
因為我們換了新電視（Smart TV）
可以看很多網路節目 and APP
在發現 Amazon Prime 很難看以後
我在 Netflix and Disney+ 兩者之前猶豫
結果 Disney+ 勝出
因為我真的沒時間追劇
電視都是小孩在看
所以我覺得 Disney+ 比較適合我們
（我知道Netflex有很多卡通）
目前我真的超級喜歡Disney+ 的
現在我們每個星期固定有一個 movie night
大家輪流選自己喜歡看的電影
週末娜菱的screen time
我規定她們可以隨便看『National Geographic』裡所有的電影or影集
所以現在她們最喜歡看的節目是
✅ Lost Treasure of Egypt
✅ Dr. T Lone Star Vet
我真的超愛Disney+的
真的是寓教於樂兼顧啊！
