This video will show you how to grill Yakitori (skewered chicken) with gas Yakitori grill! Of course you can use your BBQ grill!

It was very interesting to know how to become a Yakitori vendor! hehe

In the very beginning of the video, I will show you what other food stalls were there at the festival! So, please watch carefully ;D

Yakitori

Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 10min
Number of servings: as many as you want

Necessary Equipment:
bamboo skewers
yakitori stove

Ingredients:
boneless chicken thigh (or any meat of your choice)
yakitori sauce or salt

Directions:
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces (remove the skin if you prefer).
2. Thread chicken onto skewers (with long onion if you prefer).
3. Tare (Sauce): Begin grilling the chicken on both sides without the sauce. When the meat is done, dip into the sauce and grill lightly. However, sometimes it gets too smoky if you grill with the sauce, so we didn't grill it with the sauce but dip it into the sauce to finish. Ebara's Yakitori sauce works amazingly delicious in that way!
4. Shio (Salt): Sprinkle some salt on the chicken and grill the chicken on both sides until done.

We used Ebara Yakitori Sauce (エバラやきとりのたれ) - for professional use.

HEYA!! I'm Xiaxue. That's Chinese for "Snowing". I'm a blogger and have been for over a decade since 2003. I used to post mainly beauty videos/tutorials. However, on March 2013 I gave birth to my son, Dashiel Marquet Sayre, who is so cute I can barely get any work done. These days, I post mainly videos about Dash because amazingly enough, I stopped being a completely self-absorbed person like I used to be. LOL!! I like filming Dash because kids grow up so fast. If I don't film his cutest moments and significant milestones, I will never be able to remember how he was like as a baby when he is a broody teenager. Hopefully YouTube is still around by then, shooting holographic 3D videos out of our smartphones that can cook, clean and do surgical procedures. Did you know you can make pancakes with just 2 ingredients?!

I think it is pretty popular recipe in the states.

2-Ingredients Banana Pancakes

Difficulty: Super Easy
Time: 5 min
Number of servings: 6 mini pancakes

Ingredients:
1 banana
2 eggs

Directions:
1. Mash banana with a fork.
2. Add eggs and mix well.
3. Use a non-stick frying pan or apply a thin layer of cooking oil. Then pour the batter into the pan and cook on medium low heat until nicely browned on both sides.

*you can served with maple syrup, chocolate sauce, or whatever you prefer!
