Two days ago, I attended the exclusive unveiling of, German luxury home appliance brand, Míele's Dialog Oven, witnessed a milestone to the future of cooking technology, an eye opener that is still blowing my mind!
It is the creation of a century!
Do you know, how you can place a fish inside a block of ice to cook in an oven, cooking only the fish without the ice melting?
And cooking an salmon fillet to medium at the same time?
How to reheat a frozen cake so it is like freshly baked but keeping its shape? (While the cream of another cake defrosted in a microwave melted.)
How to cook meat, vegetable and dough at the same time, but for each of them to cook perfectly? For example, the meat at medium, the vegetable not mushy, while the bread to a perfect rise. So each food can be enjoyed simultaneously.
It's a revolutionary cooking technology! All of that can be control with a mobile app! It will change the way we live!
It will begin to roll out by regions next year... we'll wait and see its impact!
