Yubico 贊助香港抗爭者世上最強網上保安鎖匙Yubikey

我們八月的時候聯絡瑞典網上保安科技公司 Yubico，解釋香港警察侵犯被捕者及抗爭者私隱的問題，希望他們可以贊助香港抗爭者五百條Yubikey。想不到會收到Yubico回覆，在核實我們身份後，非常慷慨地向我們寄出了五百條Yubikey。

甚麼是Yubikey？它可能是全球最有名的硬件二部認證（hardware 2-step authentication）方式。即是說，很多支援二部認證的軟件或操作系統（如最普及的Facebook﹑Google﹑Instagram﹑macOS﹑Microsoft等）都可以用Yubikey加強保安。簡單來說，它就是一條安全金鑰，當你用browser登入戶口時，在輸入密碼時要再插入「手指」才可進入戶口。任何人沒有這條手指都進不了你的戶口，別說黑警，連專業hacker都爆不入。

Yubikey安全嗎？很多專家認為Yubikey「unhackable」，是最安全的網上保安方式，Google也要求八萬多員工利用Yubikey做二部認證，因國家級黑客可以輕易bypass短訊和一次性密碼認證，但bypass不了Yubikey。

現在我們正準備將五百條Yubikey循不同渠道發放給民間記者及抗爭者。贊助的Yubikey是Security Key by Yubico型號，不支援NFC，但有齊基本二部認證功能。假如大家負擔得起，又有需要，可以去www.yubico.com買更高端的Yubikey，最貴那條好像也不過60美元。

บริษัทที่มีเงินสดและทรัพย์สินหมุนเวียนสภาพคล่องเทียบเท่าเงินสด มากที่สุดในสหรัฐอเมริกา ได้แก่
อันดับ 1 Microsoft 4,112,000 ล้านบาท
อันดับ 2 Berkshire Hathaway 3,859,000 ล้านบาท
อันดับ 3 Alphabet 3,648,000 ล้านบาท
อันดับ 4 Apple 3,028,000 ล้านบาท
อันดับ 5 Facebook 1,574,000 ล้านบาท
อันดับ 6 Amazon 1,315,000 ล้านบาท

แน่นอนว่า การถือเงินสดเยอะ ย่อมแสดงถึงฐานะทางการเงินอันแข็งแกร่ง และเป็นเกราะป้องกันความเสี่ยงให้กับบริษัทได้

แต่ถ้าถือมันเอาไว้เกินความจำเป็น ก็อาจสร้างความไม่พอใจต่อผู้ถือหุ้นได้
เพราะจะทำให้พลาดโอกาสได้ผลตอบแทน หากนำเงินไปทำอย่างอื่น

แล้วจะมีวิธีไหนที่บริษัทจะใช้เงินสดของบริษัทให้น้อยลงได้?

เรื่องแรกคือ จ่ายเงินปันผล ในระยะสั้น บริษัทสามารถสร้างผลตอบแทนให้นักลงทุนได้ทันที ด้วยการจ่ายเงินปันผล อย่างไรก็ตาม วิธีนี้จะต้องเจอภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ซึ่งผู้ถือหุ้นจะได้เงินไม่เต็มจำนวนที่บริษัทได้จ่ายออกไป

แต่อีกวิธีหนึ่งที่กำลังนิยมใช้กัน เนื่องจากไม่ต้องเสียภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย เหมือนเงินปันผล
นั่นก็คือการซื้อหุ้นคืนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์

โดยจำนวนหุ้นที่ลดลง จะทำให้กำไรต่อหุ้นเพิ่มขึ้น
และหากตลาดยังมีมุมมองในการให้มูลค่าต่อกำไรเหมือนเดิม ราคาต่อหุ้นก็จะปรับตัวขึ้นในที่สุด

ซึ่งเมื่อย้อนดูข้อมูลจะพบว่าในช่วงหลัง บริษัทเทคโนโลยีทุกแห่ง ยกเว้น Amazon ใช้วิธีนี้มาตลอด

Apple ซื้อหุ้นคืน 2,130,000 ล้านบาท
Alphabet ซื้อหุ้นคืน 245,000 ล้านบาท
Microsoft ซื้อหุ้นคืน 459,000 ล้านบาท
Facebook ซื้อหุ้นคืน 388,000 ล้านบาท

ปี 2019 (สามไตรมาส)
Apple ซื้อหุ้นคืน 1,725,000 ล้านบาท
Alphabet ซื้อหุ้นคืน 370,000 ล้านบาท
Microsoft ซื้อหุ้นคืน 400,000 ล้านบาท
Facebook ซื้อหุ้นคืน 87,500 ล้านบาท

นอกจากจ่ายเงินปันผล และซื้อหุ้นคืน บริษัทยังมีวิธีไหนที่ใช้เงินสดได้อีก?

อีกวิธีหนึ่งก็คือ นำเงินไปลงทุนซื้อกิจการอื่นเพิ่มเติม
ถ้าบริษัทอยากหวังผลประโยชน์ที่ยั่งยืนในระยะยาว
บริษัทสามารถซื้อกิจการที่คิดว่าดี เพื่อรักษาระดับการเติบโตของบริษัทตามความคาดหวังของผู้ถือหุ้น

เราลองมาดูตัวอย่างการซื้อกิจการที่ผ่านมาของแต่ละบริษัทกัน

Apple ต่อยอดความสำเร็จให้กับผลิตภัณฑ์ Smart Device ของตนเอง

ปี 2011 ซื้อ Anobit Technologies ผู้ผลิตอุปกรณ์หน่วยความจำ มูลค่า 15,000 ล้านบาท

Facebook ต้องการยึดครองทุกช่องทางการติดต่อสื่อสารบนโลกใบนี้

ปี 2012 ซื้อ Instagram แพลตฟอร์มเน้นการแชร์รูปภาพ มูลค่า 30,000 ล้านบาท

อย่างไรก็ตาม แม้ว่ามีการใช้เงินเพื่อสร้างผลตอบแทนทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาวไปจำนวนมหาศาล
แต่สุดท้าย บริษัทเทคโนโลยี ก็ยังเหลือเงินสดเยอะอยู่ดี

Experience trike drifting in 360 degrees! A lot of people enjoyed our previous trike drifting videos so we though we would give you a different experience this time and let you see what it's like to bomb a mountain in a drift trike. This can be extremely dangerous so don't be dumb like us and always be sure to wear to wear a helmet when riding on public roads haha.

This video was filmed in Taichung, Taiwan using 7 GoPro hero 4 Blacks in the 360Heros Pro 7 rig, we used a Kenyon Gyro KS-6x6 attached to a Nodal Ninja Travel Pole to stabilize the 360 rig. All the footage was stitched together using Kolor's Stitching software Autopano Video Pro and Autopano Giga.
