【Customer Service Representative 客服專員】
-Proficient in verbal and written Mandarin & English languages
-Answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and providing helpful information.
-Ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
-Clarifying and determining customer's question and provide best solution. Following up and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Analyzing customer needs and recommend relevant products and services.
-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
【Retail Associates 門市人員】
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic. Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in verbal and written Mandarin & English languages
- Responsible for all sales job duties.
- Training provided.
-Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
-Telephone etiquette
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders
