每5秒人類用掉6萬個塑膠袋，只帶來20分鐘方便，塑化臺灣一年使用50億雙免洗筷、45億支寶特瓶、15億個飲料杯，最後卻由大海吸納漂流千百年，每年超過267種海洋生物搶食垃圾大餐····
海龜小叮噹就是其中一個無辜的受害者，牠被魚鉤無情的鉤穿左眼窩，肚子裡也都是塑膠垃圾，經由台大獸醫院的搶救和海大海洋生態暨保育研究室的照顧，好不容易從鬼門關救回來，並在8/22重回大海。
但海洋裡受塑膠垃圾所苦的生物仍不計其數······
金曲歌后彭佳慧為這些海洋動物唱了一首歌曲「還地球幸福的笑臉」，她要用歌聲要喚起大眾的覺醒，讓大家知道塑膠的危害，讓大家知道我們有能力可以阻止悲劇再繼續下去！

Forty-five hundred million of plastic bottles!
Fifteen hundred million of beverage cups!
In the end, they are all absorbed by the ocean. And they float for thousands of years.
Share the post, you can help turtle Ding-dang and his friends swim freely in the beautiful ocean.
Ding-dang is a sea turtle which were impaled by the hook in the eye and almost got killed.
After the care-givers made efforts on saving its life, it survived.
On 22nd of August, Turtle Ding-Dang will leave the hospital and be back to the ocean.
The Best Singer of Golden Melody Awards, Julia Peng, sings the song “Give Happiness back to the Earth-還地球幸福的笑臉” for these marine animals.
She tries to use the song to evoke people’s awareness of how the trash hurt sea turtles and whales- these marine animals.
Musicians save the sea turtles by music. And we can use our “fingers” to save the sea turtles.

This is very light & simple taste Ramen Noodle recipe.
Ingredients I used for soup (serving 2)
: 1200ml or 5 US cups of water
: 50g green onion
: 200g chicken tigh
: 5g garlic
: 8g ginger
: salt to taste
: 1 tsp sesame oil
- for seasoning -
: 1 tbsp soy sauce
: 1 tbsp sake
: 1 tbsp mirin
: 1 tsp sugar
: garlic & ginger (3g~ each)
- Other toppings I used -
: Narutomaki (fish cake)
: Konegi onion
: Beni shoga (pickled ginger)
: Soft-boiled or half boiled egg

Công thức nấu xôi lá dứa nước cốt dừa , ngâm nếp 10 tiếng đồng hồ . ở nhiêt độ thoáng mát ,không nóng ấm,18 cups nếp ngâm với 4 lon nước dừa , và 18 cups nước lạnh, và (2 tablespoons) là 2 muỗng canh muối để ngâm với nếp, (1 tablespoon) là 1 muỗng canh muối để trộn với nếp , 3 cups đường cát, 3 muỗng café màu là dứa. 2 gói dừa tươi sợi mua ở chợ Việt Nam Ở tro ng tủ đông đá, hấp cho nếp chình hơn 30 phút sau đó mới cho đường. mỗi lân chỉ hấp 9 cup nếp thôi ,hấp 2 lần mới xong 18 cấp nếp,nấu xong nồi xôi là hết 55 phut.nhớ canh chừng nước trong nồi khi nấu .để đổ thêm nước khi nấu ,chứ không sẽ cháy nồi nha các ban.
(Nước dừa tươi thì sẽ loãng hơn nước dừa lon ,em ngâm 1 nước dừa 1 nước lạnh , nước dừa tươi sẽ mau hư hơn nước dừa lon , Nếu các bạn ở xứ nóng , nên ngâm trước nhiệt độ ở ngoài 2 tiếng đồng hồ, sau đó bỏ vào trung tủ lạnh ngâm từ buổi tối cho đến chiều hôm sau nấu là rất ngon !)9 cups nếp khi nấu trộn 1 gói dưa tươi mua đông lanh ở chi viet nam.18 cups trôn tất cả 2 gói dưa non sợi không có tẩm đường,
