馬來西亞國民甜心七仙羽（7cfu）今晚出席ViuTV奧運節目，見到MIRROR同ERROR，cfu當然要興奮合照啦。未知是否太興奮，7cfu喺IG曬靚相嗰陣，因為唔識crop相而cut咗鏡仔個頭… cfu，7月流流唔好搞啲咁嘅嘢呀…
第一位鏡仔非常陰功，成個頭俾7cfu cut晒，剩係見到甲狀腺對落，不過認得佢皮膚黑黑同個膊頭，應該係AK嚟嘅。另一位鏡仔俾cfu cut剩個嘴同人中，不過仍然咁有魅力，一定係我姜B喇。不過有位鏡仔壇數好高，成功避過7cfu呢劫，佢就係「皮皮」Frankie，佢個靚樣震懾世人，可能7cfu掛住望佢個靚仔樣，cut埋自己個頭都唔知！
見到個post出晒error，一定係有邪靈作怪。7cfu好冷靜咁刪晒佢再post過，不過第二次出post，仍然有位受害者被cut頭，7cfu唯有post第三次，原來佢係強尼，7cfu特登留句：「Love u 強尼」補數，好啦唔嬲你啦！

為何逼他上絕路

大概是二十年前的事情了，當年我幫一位親戚組裝新電腦，本來打算過一兩天再幫他申請上網服務，怎料他在街上，被推銷員說了幾句，沒有問清楚情況，居然就申請了網絡，而該公司，是有線寬頻。即使是二十年前，有線難 cut 都已經是常識，我聽到「有線寬頻」，第一個反應是：「以後上唔到網，千祈唔好嚟問我啊。」結果，這件事還是要由我處理。
親戚發現經常無故上不了網，因為是總機的問題，你根本無法處理，只好打去熱線電話尋求幫助，但發覺等了一小時或更長，始終就是沒有任何回應。你越來越不耐煩，但實在也沒有其他辦法，要不掛線，要不繼續等待。這種困擾無日無之，但你仍然有合約在身，由於不想貿然取消，也就只好繼續等待。等待的時間成本太長，於是你就慢慢學會，只要達不到基本的上網需求，原來最好的處理，不是打電話，而是乾脆甚麼也不做，只求網絡翌日會自動回復正常。就像是現代的犬儒主義，以為甚麼也不作為，就是最佳的應對方式。但事情一直沒有好轉過來，這種無網的恐懼始終抹不走。
又過了數個月，你終於忍受不了，決定虧錢「毀約」，索性主動取消有線寬頻的服務。到了有線的門市，提出取消服務，職員告知只能打電話上去熱線。打電話上去熱線，又是等待，等待，再等待，等了近一個小時，跟職員提出取消的要求，職員答應會把表格寄到地址，填妥後寄回便能取消。然後，惡夢是，等了一個多星期，仍然沒有收到表格。你再花一個多小時打去有線寬頻，他們知悉情況，說會再寄表格。當然，依舊沒有收到任何信件。
幾個月以來，忍耐著無穩定網絡的煩惱，到你決定取消，為了收到取消表格，打電話也花了數小時，還有承受著打開信箱內裡得一片迷茫的失落。當你再打去有線時，又是花了一個多小時才打通，已經越來越難掩心中的惱火，這時職員才說，可以用傳真的方式發出表格。即使是二十年前，大多數人家中，都沒有傳真機。於是緊急找來一位朋友，用其公司的傳真機，接收這份表格。結果，又是收不到傳真。再打熱線，等待一小時，終於收到表格了，以為就此完事吧？
這個故事當然沒有完，因為填好表格，還要傳真回去。傳真了一次，對方說收不到，至於為何知道對方沒有收到呢，因為你等了數天，見到沒有回應，再花一小時打電話上去熱線追問，對方才告訴你沒有收到。於是你又要重複這個過程，發傳真，等待回覆，再花一小時打電話去追問下落。前前後後到底花了多少時間呢？我已經無心統計了，但，即使你是和理非，也絕對可以想像得到，最後打電話上去時，情緒已經是高漲到仆街。
終於，成功 cut 了 Cable，有人上來收回寬頻盒，你以為一勞永逸？錯了，結果仍然收到有線的帳單！原來當初申請的時候，是綑綁式同時申請了有線寬頻及有線電視，是同一名師傅在同一天同時間上門安裝，但當取消的時候，則要分開兩次去回收有線寬頻的上網盒，以及有線電視的機頂盒。你一定會好懷疑，有線寬頻及有線電視，不是都是有線這家公司嗎？
職員回答說不是，兩間公司是分開運作。那為何當初是同一師傅在同一天同時間去安裝兩間公司的設備，答道，只是優惠安排。最後的解決方案是，因為遲還了有線電視的機頂盒，所以要另外支付數百元的租金。我平時一定會幫我的親戚據理力爭，可是那一次，心中縱然有多少怒氣，但被對方多月以來用「吱牙膏」的方式去消磨，即使是二十多年前血氣方剛之時，也已經感到精衰力竭。
事情總算告一段落。

然後，過了十五年，也就是數年前的事情，我從新聞裡，看到有一名青年，因為多次嘗試取消有線寬頻的服務合約不果，更被不斷催促繳付逾期費用600多元，忍無可忍之下，帶著三把刀及一個鐵蓮花，前往有線大樓要求跟有線主席吳天海理論，並用血書寫下「吳天海有報應」六隻字，期間還斬傷保安及傷及兩名路過的有線職員。
重要的事情先說好，保安及另外兩名職員確實是無辜，你無論如何憤怒，使得無辜的人受到傷害，怎樣說也肯定不對。再像唸經一樣說多次，傷及無辜是不對啊，暴力是不對啊。
但是，我肯定不會跟青年說：「合約條款明明規定好，有線只係按合約精神做事啫。」
我也絕對不會跟青年說：「有好多渠道可以同你溝通，你點解唔坐低平心靜氣傾一下呢？」
因為我知道，我亦經歷過，你真的是用盡了所有方法，電話打了，傳真發了，即使我算是幫親戚終止合約的成功例子，但我賽後檢討，覺得多多少少還是有些彩數。當然，每個人也有責任去控制自己的情緒，但你真的沒有想過要在一間寬頻上網公司面前去測試你忍耐的極限。我是完全理解青年申請解約時的徬徨與無助，如果我不是有個朋友幫忙用傳真機，這件事又可以如何解決？不是每個人也有別人幫忙，不是每個人在迷霧裡都能夠聽到號角聲。
事件的後續發展，是該名青年被判入勞教中心，而有線這家公司，也終於回應用家的訴求。據 Unwire 及 Post852 的報道，有另一名用家花了兩年時間都未能取消有線服務，但在青年怒斬有線之後，登入有線網上客戶服務平台，發現了「終止服務」的掣，馬上測試，結果只花了五分鐘就成功搞掂手續。
原來問題一直都是在個掣度！
即使你對青年處理的方式完全不認同，但有一點你不得不承認，後來有線苦主之所以能夠用較輕易的方式去取消合約，不是因為消費者委員會或電訊管理局的介入，也不是因為一眾用家的和平訴求或吶喊呼聲，而是因為勇武者的努力。
因為他使用了暴力，所以沒有人會感謝他，但無可否認，他確實恩及了不少苦主。如果有人問我會否站在道德高地去譴責他那情非得已的違法勇武抗爭行為，我只能說，我真的做不到。我反而會問那家公司當年的高層，為何逼他上絕路。
（發文之後，我收到一名讀者來信，指出在青年怒斬有線前，網站上已經有「終止服務」的掣。不過綜觀網評，其實有線難斷的惡夢，是不少人的集體回憶。所以話，即使有個掣喺度，如果無人支援，就形同虛設。簡單來說，就係，你個掣度壞咗啊，神仙都難救！）

WOOOOOOOOW ok so let me just tell yall I love Los Angeles so much like ??? when we landed I was so amazed......the diversity? The weather?? perfection. i can't even remember the last time I saw more than 5 Asians in the same room in Florida ?
If you know me, you know I value ambition (I'm an INTJ btw). And literally everyone in L.A. has that ☁️ Do you ever meet someone and just fall in love with how much of a dreamer they are? I think it's so admirable and brave to be a dreamer, especially when going to college has become the much more respected and conventional route. But doing something you love without giving a ? about money or what people think? I think that's something worth respecting too.
I met so many amazing people not only in L.A. but also in San Francisco! Gen Beauty was so fun and it was so weird and cool to be approached, like, woah there are actual people that watch my videos ? Sometimes it's easy to forget that so many real breathing homo sapiens value what I have to offer and I am so grateful and humbled for you to even deem me worthy of your time.
Thank you so much for always being so supportive of me. Does anybody still read these mini diary entries? idk.
