Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, I’m glad to have this opportunity to share some thoughts with you in Geneva. My name is Freddy Lim, I’m a parliamentarian from Taiwan, and I’m a member of the New Power Party which was founded only about one year ago. The NPP has a lot of support from the young people in Taiwan, and is currently the third largest party in the parliament and represents a new, rising political force. Here, we would like to express our voices to you, hoping that more people around the world would become strong partner and friends of Taiwan to support our efforts in join international organizations, so that we may contribute to the world.

Despite being a country that still has a hard time joining the UN, Taiwan is the 26th largest economy in the world by GDP, and it’s ranked the 16th in terms of total trade amount. We have our own territories, people, elected government, and president. Last Friday, we had our third rotation of power, showing that Taiwan’s democracy is both stable and reliable.

As an important trade partner around the world, Taiwan strives to establish closer business relations with the world under the WTO framework. We’re also actively boosting human rights standards domestically, by not only passing the two UN human rights covenants, but also providing information, skills, funding, and humanitarian aids to the international community with no reserves. Taiwan has a mature public health and national health insurance system, an outstanding biotech industry, as well as rich experiences in researching and developing medicines and vaccines. We believe that, through multilateral medical cooperation, participating in the global epidemic control and becoming an official member of the WHO, we will absolutely contribute in the global fight against diseases.

The complicated history of Taiwan surfaced with the rare mention of UN Resolution 2758 in the WHA invitation to Taiwan. After World War II, the Chiang Kai-shek regime who had nowhere to go after losing the Chinese Civil War was sent to Taiwan by the Allies, where it started a prolonged authoritarian rule. Along with the regime, the international community also threw the “one China” problem to Taiwan. In 1971, the UN passed resolution 2758 to expel the Chiang Kai-shek regime occupied the seat for China. However, Chiang’s regime was not only unrepresentative of China, it did not represent the people of Taiwan either. Taiwan has finally become a young democracy following decades of activism and reforms. Now that the Taiwanese people are extending their efforts to contribute to and participate in different aspects in the world, we sincerely hope that Taiwan would engage in more positive and respectable exchanges with the world as a normal country, to fulfill its obligations as a global citizen.

Like all of you, we firmly stands behind the universal values of freedom, democracy, and human rights, and continuously work for these values. I believe that, based on our shared values, and with your support, Taiwan would absolutely become a reliable and friendly partner. I would like to sincerely thank you for attending the press conference. Let’s stay closer to work for a better world.

各位先生、女士，大家好，很高興能夠在日內瓦跟各位分享一些看法。我的名字是Freddy Lim，是台灣的立法委員，屬於台灣僅成立一年的新政黨New Power Party。NPP在台灣獲得年輕人很大的支持，目前在國會是第三大黨，是台灣政治一股新興的力量。在此希望能傳達我們的心聲給各位，並期盼國際上更多友人做台灣堅強的夥伴，支持我們參與國際組織，為世界貢獻一己之力。

台灣，作為一個至今仍難以加入聯合國的國家，我們的GDP是世界第26大經濟體，貿易總額是全球第十六名。我們擁有自己的領土、人民，選自己的政府、總統。上週五，第三度的政黨輪替，展現了台灣穩定以及可靠的民主制度。

作為世界重要的貿易夥伴，台灣在WTO的架構下致力和各國發展更密切的商業關係。我們也積極提升國內人權標準，通過國際人權兩公約，並在國際社會需要時，不吝提供資訊、技術、金錢、人道救援等實質協助。台灣有著相當成熟的公共衛生和健保系統，優異的生技產業，以及多年來在藥物與疫苗的研發上豐富的經驗。我們相信透過多邊醫療合作、參與全球防疫體系，正式參與WHO，我們一定可以為打擊疾病做出貢獻。

這次WHA的邀請函，罕見的提到2758決議文，讓台灣複雜的歷史再次浮上檯面。二戰後，在中國內戰敗退的蔣介石政權無處可去，被同盟國送來了台灣，進行獨裁統治。國際就這樣把「一個中國」的歷史問題丟給了台灣。到了1971年，聯合國做了2758決議，將佔據中國席位的蔣介石政權逐出聯合國。然而，蔣政權不只不能代表中國人民，其獨裁統治更無法代表台灣人民。台灣人民透過數十年的抗爭與改革，終於成為了一個年輕的民主政體。現在，如同台灣人民在國際的各行各業都力求貢獻、熱心參與，我們真誠的期盼，台灣，能以一個正常的國家身分，與世界進行更多正面以及有尊嚴（respect）的交流與合作，履行作為全球公民（Global citizen）一份子的義務與責任。

我們和各位一樣，同樣堅信自由、民主與人權的普世價值，並為此持續不斷的努力。我深信，在我們共同的價值基礎之上，透過各位的支持，台灣絕對能成為一個可靠並且友善的國際夥伴。我誠摯地感謝各位來參加今天的記者會。讓我們更緊密的合作，一起為促進世界為美好而努力！

看到Christopher Chen附在獨立觀察的連結，披露日本記者黑木亮著手調查東京知事小池百合子的埃及開羅大學學歴史，所以整理了文章一半的中英對照如下，另外一半預期周末整理好再另外貼新版。

大家可以比較東京知事和她的大貴人(埃及前副首相Dr Hatem)如何促使她主張她1976年確從埃及開羅大學畢業的做法。台灣媒體不敢報導此日本疑似假學歷的新聞，倒是刷了很多東京知事抗疫好棒棒的中文報導－想必是要洗嬰粉的腦「會做事就好了，學歷有什麼重要」哈哈😄⋯⋯

🔥偽造大學學位的指控困擾東京都知事小池百合子（Vol.4）
Allegations of fake university degree haunt Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike (vol.4)

💥自從現任東京都知事小池百合子（Yuriko Koike）於1992年成為國會議員以來，一直有謠言流傳稱，小池百合子（Koike）文飾美化她的學歷。
Ever since the incumbent Governor of Tokyo, Yuriko Koike became a Member of Parliament in 1992, rumors have been circulating that Koike embellished her academic credentials.

小池聲稱自己曾自開羅大學畢業，但是如果以阿拉伯語為母語的人去聽她的阿拉伯語，那麼她公開身為開羅大學畢業生的學歷，似乎就顯得更加可疑了。
Koike claims to have graduated from Cairo University but if an Arabic speaker listens to her Arabic, her published academic credentials as a Cairo University graduate seems more than dubious.

[我有]強有力的證據可以證明她偽造學歷，例如由室友提供的證詞－有紀錄片可查的證詞；小池的自相矛盾的說法表明，儘管第一年不及格，她仍然在四年之內畢業，她的初階程度阿拉伯語，以及關於畢業論文的謊言，和她拒絕向東京都議會提交畢業文件的頑強行為。
There are strong evidence about her fake academic credentials such as testimony by the flatmate supported by documentary evidence, Koike's self-contradictory statement in her book to have graduated in four years despite failing her first year, her rudimentary Arabic, her lie about the graduation thesis and her stubbornness in refusing to submit her graduation documents to the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly.

Feeling a sense of duty as someone who learnt Arabic and graduated from an Egyptian university (MA, Middle East Studies from the American University in Cairo), I decided to investigate the allegations. After two years of investigation, I could not find any evidence, nor even the slightest hint that Koike graduated from Cairo University.

💥小池有符合[埃及大學]轉學資格嗎？
Was Koike eligible to transfer?

Koike claims in her books and other places that she entered Cairo University as a first year student (freshman) in October 1972.

However, in the ""Fake CV"" the flatmate says, ""Koike entered Cairo University in October 1973 as a second year student.

Koike happily told me ‘My father asked Dr. Hatem, then Egypt's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Culture and Information, to swap my few months at Kwansei Gakuin University, a private university in Hyogo prefecture, and a few months at the language course at the American University in Cairo for the first year at Cairo University. ‘

‘Dr. Hatem accepted the request. In addition, my tuition and admission fees have been waived’ .

This is apparently written in the flatmate’s letter to her mother in Japan dated 19 November 1972. According to the ""Fake CV"" most of her letters were dated and postmarked. If so, they will be admissible to court."

In the ""Fake CV"" another Japanese woman who was attending another university in Egypt at the time says she was surprised that Koike had transferred in the second year at Cairo University. Another Japanese graduate of Cairo University whom I interviewed also remembered that Koike had transferred to the second year."

However, strict rules are in place to transfer to Egypt's state universities, including Cairo University. In order to transfer, a student must have earned credits at another university with the same or similar content and number of hours as the Egyptian state university’s curriculum and must have earned a certain number of grades. This was confirmed to me by the Central Transfers Office of Cairo University.

例如，在2016-17學年，如果學生希望：
－轉學到工程或醫學學院，則必須從其他大學獲得至少imtiyaaz（優秀）成績。

In the case of the 2016-17 academic year, for example, students are required to have at least imtiyaaz (excellent) grade from other university if the student wishes to transfer to the Faculty of Engineering or Medicine and at least jaiid jiddan (very good) grade in the case of faculties of practical study and at least jaiid (good) grade for those of theoretical study.

The aforementioned journalist Dalia Shibel told me that ""In Egypt state universities and private universities are two completely different systems. Even if you study at the American University in Cairo for 10 years obtaining necessary credits, you have to start as a first year student in Cairo University. This is the law of our country"". Therefore it is totally impossible that a person like Koike who has not finished a year at another university (and has not earned any credits) would be allowed to transfer."

Koike only attended Kwansei Gakuin University for several months at most. CASA at the American University in Cairo where she learnt Arabic is just a language school and does not offer any credits or degrees. If, as some Japanese people point out, Koike actually transferred to the second year at Cairo University in 1973, that is nothing but a fraudulent transfer. That means she was not eligible for graduation from the beginning.

No answer to the question about Koike’s admittance

In 2019, 51 people were prosecuted in the United States for paying bribes under the guise of charity to an organization that allows celebrities and others to increase their children's SAT (college aptitude test) scores and fraudulently admit them to prestigious universities.

One of them, actress Felicity Huffman, who starred in the TV drama Desperate Housewives, was sentenced to 14 days in prison and was incarcerated last October in a women's prison in California. Huffman's daughter Sophia has not enrolled in college and is reported to be retaking the SAT.

As Koike does not appear to have fulfilled the requirements for transferring to a state university in Egypt, I sent a letter to Koike, to ask whether she was admitted in 1972 or 1973 but received no response (the full text of my questions to and response from Koike will appear later in this report).

Cairo University is one of the prominent universities in the Arab world and there are many excellent Egyptian students in the Faculties of Medicine, Engineering, and Economics and Political Science. However, its global standing is not very high.

In the 2020 edition of the QS World University Rankings published by Quacquarelli Symonds Ltd. in the United Kingdom, Cairo University ranks 521-530 in the world and second in Egypt, on par with Kumamoto University and Nagasaki University in Japan. The best university in Egypt is the American University in Cairo (private and American-accredit university) which ranks 395th in the world (tied with Kobe University in Japan). Third place in Egypt are Ain Shams University, Alexandria University, and Assiut University (all state universities) which rank 801-1000th in the world.

Hatem was born in Alexandria in 1917. A graduate of the Military Academy and Cairo University. He participated in the Egyptian revolution in 1952 (a coup to overthrow the monarchy which was followed by the foundation of the republic the following year) as a young member of the Free Officers Movement led by then Lieutenant Colonel Gamal Abdel Nasser.

He died in 2015 at the age of 97.

In 1982 he was awarded the Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun, First Class by the Japanese government.

On the occasion of Hatem's visit to Japan in 1974 the Japanese Ambassador to Egypt Tsutomu Wada wrote in an official telegram dated 12 February 1974 to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan ""As a result of recent developments in Egyptian politics the position of Deputy Prime Minister Hatem (who had been acting as a substitute for the Prime Minister) has been further strengthened as I have often reported. It is remarkable for an Egyptian Deputy Prime Minister to visit Japan accompanied by 6 media reporters and that clearly shows Dr. Hatem’s power. It also shows how important he thinks this visit is."""

🌐Chenchen註：Furisode是日本年輕未婚女性穿著的最正式的和服風格－以長袖為其特色，小池應是以Furisode做為自己的意象代名詞，唯美的描繪她以一介日本年輕嬌嬌女，如何在陌生的中東環境－埃及地，逐步攀登權力金字塔。中東地區非常保守，不但男尊女卑，金字塔也不容許遊客任意攀登，更何況是穿著舉步維艱的長袖正式和服，所以小池以一個浮誇的畫面來增飾自己在埃及留學生活的映象。
The Arabic-language biography of Hatem “The Diary of Abdel-Kader Hatem - Head of the October War Government"" published in Cairo in 2016 (written by an Egyptian journalist Ibrahim Abdel Aziz) states that Hatem had been on good terms with Yasuhiro Nakasone, former Prime Minister of Japan, since 1954 and that Nakasone introduced Yuriko Koike to him, a student at that time, as the daughter of his friend. Hatem took care of Koike. Koike called Hatem a god-father, and he gave Koike an allowance of 14 Egyptian pounds a month (Koike wrote on page 250 of “Furisode Climbing the Pyramid"" that she received a scholarship of 12 pounds a month from the Egyptian government)."

She herself first met Nakasone when she was an elementary school student, every winter Nakasone sent her family a bunch of leeks produced in Gunma prefecture, Nakasone’s electoral district, and she ate them with his* brother." 🌐*Chenchen註：應該是She ate them with HER brother.,,

手機號碼跳船策略（中）

上文提及 SIM 卡手機號碼是過時的科技，但卻是識別身份的其中一個有效方法，文章中提了一些場景去說明以上情況，建議先讀〈上篇〉，再讀這篇對策。

之前提出的問題，提及使用 SIM 卡時經常遇到的不便，例如要插入 SIM 卡才能收取驗證碼，而萬一丟失手機及 SIM 卡，即使有新手機，也要補領 SIM 卡後才能重新啟動 Signal 或 WhatsApp 等聊天軟件，費時失事。

最理想的處理方法，是使用「虛擬號碼」，英文叫 virtual number，或 VoIP 號碼。不需要 SIM 卡或電話線，只用透過服務供應商的 app 或網站，即能查看發至該號碼的短訊。

舉個例子，萬一你丟失了手機及 SIM 卡，你只要在新的手機安裝 Signal 或 WhatsApp，輸入虛擬號碼，然後登錄虛擬手機 app，即能收取驗證碼，極之方便，尤其身處外地之時。

一，虛擬號碼

虛擬電話通常是美國號碼，也就是開頭是 +1 字頭，成功申請後，這個 +1 字頭的電話號碼，將會成為 Signal 或 WhatsApp 等對外公開的號碼。坊間提供虛擬號碼的服務供應商雖多，但有些號碼似乎曾經過度使用，登記甚麼服務也會出現問題，另一些則要月費數十至百多元港幣，有比較之下就覺得不算太值得。

我測試最多的服務商有三家：MySudo、Google Voice 及 TextNow。我先說我最不推介的服務吧，不推介 TextNow，他們提供的號碼似乎有不少都曾經重複使用，登記服務時經常遇到問題，得物無所用，極不推介。

那就餘下 MySudo 及 Google Voice。兩者之間，我較為喜歡 Google Voice，但在這裡則會推介 MySudo。我雖然很想推介 Google Voice，但除非你身處美國，本身又有美國當地的手機號碼，否則申請過程頗為困難。即使用了 VPN 並連接至美國伺服器 ，Google 似乎偵測到是用 VPN 連線而拒絕服務申請。

比較容易讓大眾去申請的虛擬號碼服務，是 MySudo。下載該 app，必須要透過美國的 App Store，而不能使用香港 App Store。我一向很鼓勵離岸，所以除了銀行戶口要離岸，其實 App Store 也應該要離岸，這裡示範如何申請美國版的 App Store。

（這裡示範用 iPhone 設置，Android 手機用戶申請過程應該大同小異，請朝這個方向自己摸索一下。對了，其實很多時寫文章，就只是想開個方向，讓讀者自行探索一下，這樣會更有趣。）

申請美國版 App Store：

這部份最好在電腦上完成：

1. 使用 VPN，連接到美國伺服器。
2. 使用 Firefox 或其他瀏覽器，打開 https://appleid.apple.com/
3. 點擊 Create your Apple ID。
4. 輸入自己的資料，要填寫真實的電郵地址，要跟香港 App Store 的登錄電郵不同，這將是你的戶口登錄資料，稍後要收取一個驗證碼。
5. Country 選 United States。
6. 電話號碼，出奇地，可以使用香港電話，使用 +852，填上香港號碼，稍後要收取驗證碼。

完成以上步驟之後，轉用 iPhone 或 iPad：

1. 建議在手機上先開啟 VPN，連接去美國伺服器。
2. 打開 App Store，把原先的戶口退出。退出的方法，是點擊右上方的頭像，掃至最底，選擇 log out。
3. 登入美國帳號的資料，系統會顯示「This Apple ID has not been used in iTunes Store.」（這個Apple ID還沒有在 iTunes 商店中使用過。）
4. 選擇 Review，然後等待一會，畫面會一片空白，可能要等一分鐘。
5. 確保寫著 United States，選擇 Agree to Terms and Conditions（同意條款），選擇 Next。
6. Payment Method（付費方式）：選擇 None。
7. Billing Address（帳單地址）：寫個美國地址及電話，自己想，他們不查證。
8. 填完地址選 Next。
9. 如果出現 Apple ID Completed，這就代表你已經成功開設了 App Store 的離岸戶口了！

之後要用美國版 App Store 下載 MySudo：

1. 用美國的 App Store 戶口，下載免費的應用 MySudo：https://mysudo.com/
2. 用 VPN 連接到美國的伺服器。
3. 打開 MySudo，如果起始畫面一直沒有任何動靜，可能因為你還未連接到美國 VPN 吧。
4. 在 MySudo 的介面，選擇 Create your first Sudo。
5. 按 Next。如果這裡出現問題，可以嘗試重新連接 VPN，選擇另一些美國的伺服器。如果仍然出現問題，可能你以前曾經使用同一個美國 Apple ID 下載並申請過 MySudo，所以顯示出錯，要用一個之前沒有下載過 MySudo 的美國 Apple ID 再試一次。
6. 輸入名字，暫時輸入真名都可以，之後隨時可以改動，選 Next。
7. 關鍵步驟，選擇號碼，按 Create a Phone Number。
8. 選擇美國（其他國家也可以，按自己情況決定），輸入自己喜歡的三位數字組合，例如 314（314 是密蘇里州聖路易）
9. 選擇心水號碼，選定之後就不能更改了。
10. 之後會問能否取用咪高風，選擇不允許。
11. 選擇名字，這個名字要選個合用，因為之後修改較麻煩。
12. 之後問能否傳送通知，選擇「允許」。

MySudo 的免費版本，提供一個美國的虛擬號碼（也有英國號碼，但我沒有試用過），縱然這裡提供的虛擬號碼是免費，但亦可以接收認證短訊，能用作登記 Signal、Telegram 及 WhatsApp，亦能夠接受不少證券行、交易所之類的二步認證碼，但 VoIP 的號碼不能用作申請美國版本的 PayPal。

我申請的時候，MySudo 號碼是可以一直保留，但近日收到一些讀者回應，指 MySudo 號碼一個月不使用就會過期，我覺得也值得付費保留號碼，而且收費不貴，最便宜的收費計劃一個月才 US$ 0.99。

由於美國 App Store 不支援香港信用卡，所以最好最方便最快捷亦是較為安全的充值方法，是購買 Apple Gift Card（以前有分 iTunes 卡或 Apple Store 卡而且互不兼容，現在統一了，方便易明）。先到 https://www.apple.com/shop/buy-giftcard/giftcard ，選擇 Email，選擇 Other Amount，輸入 $10 試玩一下吧，在 Recipient/Sender Name 輸入自己（可以是代號）， Recipient/Sender Email 輸入自己電郵地址（要能接收訊息）。之後填信用卡資料時，只要確保信用卡號碼、日期及 CVC 正確就可以，至於 billing address 即使填了美國，其實也會通過的。可以支付的信用卡，例如獅子銀行信用卡、八達通 app 內的 MasterCard 等，比較容易出問題或被拒絕的是 DBS。支付後等一小時，收到禮品卡就按照指示充值。我自己最喜歡用這個方法充值，而不是把信用卡綁定在 App Store 內，方便易容，又減少信用卡被盜的風險。

🚫 注意：切勿把這個美國號碼登記接收銀行驗證碼，否則一些銀行以為你與美國有關，中了 FATCA（《美國海外帳戶稅收遵從法》，Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act）並要求你經常填寫表格 W-8BEN 申報，很麻煩。其他則沒有問題，只要不用來收銀行短訊就可以。

有一點必須留意，截至 2021 年 1 月 22 日，MySudo 仍然不能在 iPhone 與 Android 之間轉移，但該公司網站上稱會考慮加入此功能。而 MySudo 的備份一定要做得好，這個 app 用 iCloud 也合適（如果開 iCloud，其他大多數 app 的數據其實都沒必要同步，但 MySudo 有點例外）。如果沒有做好備份可能會失去這個號碼，所以要小心，做好備份。

二，把虛擬號碼融進日常生活

申請了並保存了虛擬號碼，確保 MySudo 的備份做得完美，那就開始逐步把虛擬號碼融進日常生活，取代用了十多年的電話號碼。

So you turn around no matter what happens, you’re always going to have food, help, and situation that will end up in a positive outcome for you, no matter what happens. So, go back to Quantum Structure video one, two and three of the Quantum Manifestation Season 1. It’s important in this situation in chaos to understand to learn the structure so you keep up by understanding that you are watching a holographic imprint and you’re the main character, you are in a virtual reality that is a game and you can build and open doors if you need something. If you learn the structure I guarantee you that you’ll be able to manoeuvre in this game, Because the Hong Kong situation, in every country, now has to go through its process, to pop up in front of people’s faces so people can wake up and take their freedom, basically, not take their freedom, but create their freedom (they correct it).
