如果跟你說我一年沒運動了你相信嗎（是真的哈哈）😂 I haven’t exercised in a year.. but I just attended my first yoga class today, please clap for me 😂

I registered for the class via ClassPass, a monthly subscription service that allows you to go for any classes you want (like pilates, personal training, kpop dancing, cycling, boxing, muay thai, boot camp, zumba, HIIT, yoga etc.) any time (6AM in the morning, all the way to 10PM at night), anywhere (there are classes all around Singapore) 🙌

Throwback to an abs-less photo taken in June to remind myself to work harder to reach my goals!! 💪 Woke up with muscle ache all over because I went for my first ever Muay Thai class yesterday 🙊 It was intensive but super fun 🎉

There are many types of classes to choose from; 2 weeks ago I went for yoga 😛 This service is so useful for me because I don’t have to commit to a particular activity - if I don’t like the class i attended, I can just go for something else next time!
