4️⃣ fall gracefully into half moon, conveniently coming into chapasana ·
5️⃣ bind from side angle, lift back leg and fall into skandasana #tricky ·
6️⃣ take a (semi) arm balance in skandasana if you’re into it ·
7️⃣ fold, open hip flexors before you fly into standing splits ·
8️⃣ toe taps + pistol for another round of stronger and higher standing splits ·
