【英國Channel 4 香港大罷工報導：北角嗰班友！】

香港對記者會不滿情緒，亦突出班愛國人士有幾「威武」

Channel 4今日嘅七點晚間新聞，報導香港經歷50年黎最大型嘅罷工，同時警察繼續用無數咁多催淚彈("rounds and rounds of tear gas")驅散示威者，不過就用一班暴徒（"mob"）用棍襲擊示威者做開頭。喂，北角乜L青年物物會，你地上英國電視呀，真係這些機會！報導一開始嘅畫面就係北角班友，被形容係北京嘅忠實擁躉（"Beijing Loyalists"）襲擊（"attack"）嗰啲無大台無名嘅示威活動（"leaderless and nameless protest movement"）。麻煩大家留意下啲用詞，然後示威者發現班友嘅藏身之處，佢地將啲不滿中國大陸威權管治者嘅情緒，就向嗰啲代理人嘅地方進行報復（大概係咁意思啦，唔係人肉字典！） ("the proxy of unloved authoritarian rulers of Chinese mainland")。

然後就係報導親北京嘅行政長官，如何警告示威者將香港推向「不歸路」之如此類，又話如何捍衛法治（"maintain law and order"）。而鏡頭一轉就係警察射催淚彈，記者「讚」警察對老細嘅指令做得好添（曲直當然唔講明），响香港嘅商業中心區（"CBD" Central Business District"）由高處射向爭取民主嘅示威者。

罷工同不合作運動當然有人士不滿嘅，亦影住有車撞向示威者同啲欄。而連續十個星期嘅示威爭取，香港人("Hong Kongers"已經好少用people of Hong Kong)同政府都已經無乜退路，而冒犯中國就有機會失去，佢地正保衛僅存嘅自由。

【防暴警察於中環鬧市開槍】

Riot police fired pepper-spray pellet in Central business district during lunch hour. According to local reports, there were demonstrators shouting various slogans. However, per below footage, there was good distance between the crowd and the police, and there was no immediate threat to any officer. In fact, the officers had no way to distinguish whether they were firing at demonstrators, or merely lunch crowd, including foreign nationals, returning to work. Hong Kong SAR Government silence blessing results in such disproportionate use of force with no restraint, will definitely tarnish Hong Kong reputation as an International Finance Center.

防暴警察中午在中環鬧市向人群無約束地發射胡椒球彈。據報當時有市民高叫口號，但從畫面所見，當時群眾與警員保持一段距離，警員人身安全亦未受到任何威脅。警員無差別向市民發射，根本無法辨別示威人士跟吃完午飯正趕回公司的上班族，包括外藉行政人員。在特區政府縱容下，這種不負責任、不受制約的武力誓必影響香港作為國際金融中心的穏定性。

金融時報批評香港暴力升溫，政府和北京的遲緩反應負主要責任。

Hong Kong is on the edge of a precipice. Late into Tuesday evening, protesters at several locations hurled Molotov cocktails at police who fired back volleys of tear gas. Since the weekend, a protester has been shot by police with a live round, and a man horrifically set alight after confronting demonstrators. Violence that has been building for months has reached a critical pitch. With neither side appearing ready to back down, the danger is now real of a tragedy on a far broader scale.

Both demonstrators and police are guilty of incidents of brutality. But blame for the current crisis must be laid primarily at the feet of the Hong Kong government and Beijing. Since the protests began in April, both have underestimated the demonstrators’ seriousness and resolve. Concessions have been too little, too late. Had Carrie Lam, Hong Kong’s chief executive, withdrawn the extradition bill that originally triggered the demonstrations when they were still peaceful mass marches, she might have defused the situation.

Instead, she initially only suspended the bill instead of cancelling it, and only after the first bloodshed. This sent protesters a damaging if unintended message: that only violence brought results. Continued mishandling of the crisis by the Hong Kong authorities has led to the loss of their legitimacy in the eyes of much of the population. In a sign of how sentiment has shifted, office workers in suits could be seen cheering black-clad demonstrators in full battle dress as they ran through the city’s central business district on Tuesday.

今天，女兒在暑假假期前有空，不用去補習班，便帶她到中西區海濱長廊 - 中環段，閒釣2小時。一到達，魚類食餌比較多，第一條食餌比較大口，估計是鱲魚，但可惜因為要錄影，錯失了第一個機會。接著，不久已經有第二條食餌，是一條紅沙鱲，還有不斷釣到的泥鯭。再釣了兩條金絲鱲，足夠晚餐便算了。

啟德郵輪碼頭公園正式對外開放，佔地2.3萬平方米，市民可以360度欣賞維港海景，公園每天開放16小時，在九龍灣、觀塘及牛頭角港鐵站有小巴或巴士來往公園。不過，碼頭大樓二樓的商業區，至明年年初才分階段開放。有市民認為交通、配套設施不足以及指示不清晰。

　　
　　公園位於九龍啟德承豐道33號啟德郵輪碼頭頂層平台，由康樂及文化事務署負責管理，開放時間為每日上午7時至晚上11時。公園內設有多項靜態設施，包括中央草坪、觀景平台、水景花園及噴泉廣場等。公園內有部分設施仍未正式投入服務，例如多能感應地圖、部分飲水機和升降機。不過，碼頭大樓二樓的附屬商業區及相連的公眾長廊，將於明年年初才分階段對外開放。
在公共交通安排方面，九龍專線小巴第86號線將每日（星期一至星期日）來往郵輪碼頭及九龍灣（德福花園），服務時間由上午7時至晚上8時，班次為每12至30分鐘一班，車資五元正（長者、學生及殘疾人士車資為三元正）。

　　此外，逢星期日及公眾假期，除專線小巴外，九巴會安排一條特別假日路線第5R號線，由上午10時至晚上8時提供往返郵輪碼頭至牛頭角/觀塘港鐵站的服務，班次為每30分鐘一班，車資六元七角。碼頭亦設有的士站及收費私家車泊車設施，方便市民前往。

In addition, on Sundays and public holidays , except for green minibus , KMB will arrange for a special holiday Route No. 5R line from 10:00 to 20:00 and from the cruise terminal to Ngau Tau Kok / Kwun Tong MTR station services a frequency of every 30 minutes , fare $ 6.75 . Terminal also has a taxi stand and charges private car parking facilities to facilitate public access .
