The Lavender Pudding ($13) was a serious stunner. I'm honestly not huge on lavender but this was so good! The fluffy sponge cake was armed with a subtle lavender scent and it pairs up really well with the sweet caramelised pineapple and rich coconut icecream. A very unique dessert that is definitely worth a try!

蟹肉餅材料/Crab Cakes Ingredients
蟹肉500克/grams of crab meat
蛋1隻/egg
香芹葉3棵/sprigs of parsley
檸檬1個/lemon
紅椒1/8個/red bell pepper
麪包糠1/3杯/cup of panko breadcrumbs
蛋黃醬1/4杯/cup of mayonnaise
鹽少許/pinch of salt
芥辣2茶匙/tsp of mustard
喼汁1茶匙/tsp of worcestershire sauce
辣椒仔汁數滴/drops of tabasco
卡宴胡椒粉1/4茶匙/tsp of cayenne pepper
多香果粉半茶匙/half tsp of allspice
芹菜鹽半茶匙/half tsp of celery salt
肉蔻粉少許/pinch of ground nutmeg
甜椒粉1/4茶匙/tsp of paprika
黑胡椒粉半茶匙/half tsp of black pepper
