我諗我好快食完又要再買。
仲有我有個小小茶水站，
每朝沖咖啡、煲水、榨檸檬汁，
自己搞。

盡量留喺屋企，做好防疫措施，仲有，可以利用家居時間，搞好自己個頭！
今日介紹呢枝 Castor Oil 蓖麻油，佢對我好重要。
雖然佢可以食用，但我用佢喺為咗護髮。
在家做hair mask，用Castor Oil 蓖麻油搽頭皮、髮尾，跟住包、焗、洗！
方法：
洗頭前，塗在乾頭髮及頭皮上。
頭髮集中搽髮尾，頭皮則集中搽在頭髮稀疏的地方，然後用髮夾夾起頭髮，再用（即棄式）浴帽包裹，焗愈耐愈好。
好多外國人話要焗過夜，效果更好；我未試過，想像唔到油住個頭咁瞓覺，我自己就做30分鐘。
30分鐘後用洗頭水洗頭，要洗兩次，要照用護髮素，用手指耐心洗清頭皮上啲油，以免焗完油之後個頭真係好油。
我用咗呢個方法好多年，但因為懶，以前又多街去，所以最多每個月做一次。但今時唔同往日，冇街去更加注重頭髮保養，我兩星期做一次，去 trip 都會帶埋，得閒就做。用後頭髮柔潤，粗壯，髪根更有彈性。
生過BB，加上年紀漸大，女人甩頭髮加上頭髮愈來愈幼係必然，呢個方法用天然材料DIY，喺屋企都可以做，幫吓自己亦都幫吓蒼生。
頭髮靚靚哋咪好囉，我唔想好似顛婆咁日日要恤髮恤啲髮根，又唔想好似陳肇（無始）髮根咁塌咁薄，而家見到嗰類髮型都憎！我唔要做自己討厭既人呀 !
遲啲Youtube拍片講吓呢隻油，仲有其他方法 DIY 幫到頭髮！
網上好多地方有得賣，有網友話 iherb 上有，$25.8。
